Dental Beauty Woodham

I attended Dental Beauty for a tooth extraction last week due to being in pain for the last 6 months. I was assigned to Sai and his wonderful dental nurse Emily to tackle the tooth. Sai explained the procedure clearly and what was to be expected before starting. The tooth itself turned out to be more stubborn to remove than first thought and both Sai and Emily went above and beyond to ensure the procedure was completed. I felt completely at ease in their hands and I am finally in no more pain.

The care, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly second to none. Amit took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The rest of the team were equally warm, friendly, and efficient. My smile has never looked better — thank you all so much!

The appointment went very well better than I had expected. Firstly, there was no pain or stinging with either of the two injections. It was conducted in a very clean and surgical environment and I was kept fully informed of what was going on throughout the procedure. The extraction was completely painless and after when I went home I experienced just a little ache for a couple of hours after the anaesthetics had worn off and I've had no further bleeding or need of pain relief, not even a paracetamol. Clearly indication of how well the procedure was carried out.

Excellent service as always. Amit is both calming and reassuring, explaining every part of the procedure. All the staff are friendly and helpful. A wonderful dentist to have my treatment

THe dentists and hygienists are friendly and mostly helpful, however, I do find the constant upselling to be a bit off-putting as an nhs patient, but that’s something I’ve felt I have to put up with and would not have mentioned until recent other issues: I have recently had an unfortunate mistake made where a referral was not completed until 8 months later at my check up when they realised they had forgotten. When I raised this as an issue they were originally apologetic and promised to try and resolve this, then completely backtracked and lied that it was never forgotten and just that there are "long waiting lists" in nhs but that I am welcome to use their private consultant of course for £££. I am more than happy to wait an appropriate time but not when I’m having to add 8 months on just because you forgot. It wasn’t until I tried to raise an official complaint that magically they were able to contact the oral surgery team who have now of course booked me in. I totally understand mistakes happen but the way this was handled was unprofessional and lazy.

I had lost a large filling, the practice were able to fit me in within 36 hours, with my own dentist for a temporary filling. My dentist Apple is so gentle and very patient with me as I am not the easiest to work on. The guy assisting was also very sympathetic and kind. There is always a friendly welcome from all the staff. Everybody is very professional, the surroundings are very clean and calming.

Lovely friendly staff, easy to get appointments, completely pain free procedures...would highly recommend.
