I cannot recommend Dr Paul and the entire team at The Dental Lounge highly enough. I recently went through the daunting process of having all my teeth removed and getting fitted for full dentures. The care I received was nothing short of life changing. From the very 1st consultation Dr Paul took the time to explain every step, answering all my questions and truly putting my anxieties to rest. The surgery itself was handled with precision, compassion and zero pain. I am so impressed with the attention to detail with my new denture. They look incredibly natural, fit perfectly and have given me a new level of confidence I have never had. If you are looking for a dentist who combines world class skills with a kind patient centred approach look no further! I had my first visit to The Dental Lounge for an initial check-up and to be fitted for whitening trays. The reception team was very welcoming, and I was seen promptly by Adrian and Heather. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel completely at ease. Adrian took the time to explain each step clearly and reassured me that my overall dental health was in good condition. They also used new technology to display a 3D scan of my teeth on the TV, which was a great touch. It allowed me to see my teeth up close and get a better understanding of my dental health. The practice has a warm and inviting atmosphere, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. *Update* I returned two weeks later for my tray fitting, where I received a step-by-step guide on how to use the whitening treatment, as well as my hygienist appointment with Leila. In the past, I’ve associated hygienist appointments with lots of pain and discomfort due to some unpleasant experiences elsewhere. However, Leila completely changed that for me—she explained everything she was about to do, was incredibly gentle yet thorough, and made me feel at ease throughout. I even told her afterward how much of a pleasant experience it was! and have already recommended to my family.

It was a very pleasant visit to the Dentist today, Pau Middleton has a very calm and pleasant manner to this patient's, I would definitely recommend him.

I could not have been made to feel more comfortable by Adrian, Heather, Leila and Leanne. I’m quite nervous about the dentist but I was immediately put at ease. They were super calm, professional and friendly. They explained everything carefully and I felt safe and secure the entire time. Thank you all so much (and to the lovely Jacob, who put up with my waffling!). Going to the dentist is no longer a trial for me! Thank you again for such stellar service.

I spent a lot of time and research speaking and seeing other dentist, before deciding to go with Paul at the Dental Lounge.. it was a great choice.' I'm a nervous person when it comes to going' but I was put at ease straight away. I explained what I wanted and what research I had done myself. Paul chatted with both my husband and I about options and what would be best for me. I have now had 3 dental bridges and I have never been happier. I was told if I wanted teeth to stay in my only option would be implants. Paul found a solution no other dentist offered and we felt more than confident with the information given. I love my new teeth and I cant thank Paul and all his colleagues for making me feel comfortable and confident in the process. I highly recommend the Dental Lounge to anyone, especially if a little nervous like me!

My first time today visiting The Dental Lounge . I made my enquires about the dental services they offer and I spoke to Jacob over the phone who was very helpful and booked me for my first check up. I saw Dr. Adrian and Heather for my initial check up , they were absolutely amazing , very professional and explained clearly about the options I have.
