After being repeatedly let down by my previous BUPA dentist—who cancelled my appointment four times and left me without a check-up for over a year—I was lucky enough to find Finney Lane Dental Practice. Steph was incredibly kind and helpful, managing to fit me in for an appointment when I felt completely stuck. Unlike my previous experiences, the team took the time to conduct an extremely thorough examination of my teeth. I didn’t feel rushed or "just another patient.". Steph took her time to explain the most effective treatment for me - finding the right sizes of interdental brushes. I have to say that it was the best scale and polish I've ever had. Thank-you!

Speaking as someone who avoided the dentist for years I can really recommend Steph and her team. My fear has gone. I feel this practice has don’t so much for me in terms of sorting painful issues and raising my self esteem by fixing some aesthetics

A really well run, efficient and kind practice. A very pleasant receptionist (nice change from my local GP...) took my details and I was then treated by Rachael who put me at my ease immediately. My checkup was completed very smoothly with the dentist and her nurse (I think Jen?). Well done all, it's very hard to find NHS dentists, especially ones like this.

My family and I have been patients at this dentist for over 20 years. Never had any issues with booking appointments, the staff are always friendly and welcoming and the treatment always carried out in a professional and competent manner. Big up to Sharon - always smiling and friendly - and, on a recent visit for a very cost-effective and affordable air flow treatment, a big thanks to Jasmine for her thoroughness.
