i have a massive fear of the dentist after a bad experience elsewhere! jess took me in and helped me more than i could believe to where i don’t at all dread the dentist anymore! she’s calm, professional and extremely patient when necessary! i’d never want to go anywhere else from now on and i live over 2 hours away which says a lot about this dental practice as a whole. i also get married in a few weeks and my teeth have never looked or felt better! a huge thank you to everyone there and jess especially 🥰

I can’t recommend Jessica Henderson / Carnoustie dental care enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and calming. The whole team made me feel completely at ease, and the care I received was outstanding. I usually feel nervous at the dentist, but here I felt super relaxed and confident I was in good hands. Everything was explained clearly, the treatment was gentle, and I left with a smile literally and figuratively. If you’re looking for a dentist you can trust and actually enjoy visiting, this is the place!

Very poor empathy, inconsiderate for elderly, ill patients, was sent a letter, couple of sentences, name address scribbled on side, stating they cancelled my registration. No discussion beforehand, out of the blue, said I had missed appointments (which I paid for) They knew I was under hospital treatment for terminal illness & had to have operation & was still under treatment. But that made no difference. I have paid them hundreds as private patient, no slots for NHS. Cruel action by them on top of everything else.

It was a big jump for me to take moving dentist but I am so glad I moved to Carnoustie Dental and in the care of Dr Jessica Henderson. She is professional and talks you through anything you have worries or questions about. She is thorough in her work and I couldn't recommend her more. So glad I've moved to her care and no longer dread the dentist.

I feel well cared for at Carnoustie Dental Care and can always count on them when it comes to my dental health. Jessica has been my dentist over the last few years now and she is so thorough and talented, and just a really lovely person. The nurses are all wonderful too and so gentle. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful, and I’m always greeted with a smile. The dental plan is also very helpful for managing appointments and treatments if you’re private. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Thank you Dr Jessica for the lovely work you did on my composite bonding. You were very thorough, explained to me the procedure during my treatment and made me feel very much at ease. Thank you to Sammy who assisted, you were very efficient and always smiling. Thank you both for your kindness and support. Thank you also to Louise for checking for any cancellations and calling me when there was one. Unfortunately i was in hospital when my first appointment was due. A great practice indeed!!

Excellent friendly service from all the staff. I had an emergency appointment with Debbie today and she could not be more attentive and helpful despite being busy with her own patients. Jessica my dentist is also very good. I would highly recommend this practice for all your dental requirements.
