I had a very positive experience today during my hygienist appointment with Evee (hygienist) and Stacey (dental nurse). Evee was welcoming as well as chatty which helped set me at ease. The 'firm but fair' approach was exactly what I needed. Stacey was incredibly helpful, ensuring the appointment was pain-free. Evee sent me on my way with a personal plan for improving the health of my gums and teeth. I would highly recommend Oris Dental and Implant Studio.

Been using Oris for over 10 years and it’s always a professional experience. Modern hygienic and relaxed environment with friendly, professional and attentive staff. Nobody likes attending the dentist but Oris staff try to make it as comfortable as possible.

I have been with Oris dental practice for over 3 years, before they were bought over by a larger dental company. The treatment I have received has always been great. Unfortunately since being taken over, they are no longer transparent about the cost of treatments and unlike other dental practices do not provide a list of fees on their website. I asked the receptionist to email me a fee list and I was told that they did not have one she could email me. The cost of treatment has increased significantly since they have been taken over by another company sometimes more than double the previous cost. For example I was recently quoted £1000 for a root canal treatment. Now I am aware of the huge price increase I am looking at the fee lists on the websites of other local dentists to make price comparisons. I would urge others to do the same before signing up to the practice. Businesses should be transparent about costs.

Evie, hygienist, and Morgan, dental nurse are absolutely excellent. They make an experience I don't enjoy almost pleasant. Evie is always very cheerful but also very rigorous and professional. She is the reason we are happy with Oris Dental. Evie is a real asset to the company.

My dentist Miss Yang is fantastic. She has been looking after me recently and I must say that she is very thorough and caring and takes time to explain things and outline options. I almost look forward to going to the dentist.

Terrible experience with the company. Final straw after this one. Called for appointment due to a cracked previously root canal tooth which cost me £850. Lived with that. Tooth was bad. Wanted it extracted at the time but this company like to make money rather than do whats right. Anyway. I went in today to get it pulled. Tried to do a check up first. Weird. Explained do in a few weeks after the extraction. To me. Logical. To them, more money. Gets the x ray at cost of £50. Ok with that. Asks them is it a routine removal. Yes she replied. Ok. Never told of no cost at the start. Worst case i said £90 for check and £150 for extraction. Cool. Tells me today its going to be £399. Literally pays the £50 for a pointless x ray and walked out. I will never be back to your establishment. It reeks of robbery. As soon as people walk through the door you have your hand in their pocket. Let’s not make it so obvious. You did the exact same with another failed root canal that never even made it to filling stage yet i still paid £600 and then removal eve. Tho you temporarily filled it and next day my face ballooned up. Another attempt at bad advice.

5 star rating across the board. Courteous friendly helpful staff. End results better than expected. Treatment plan duration costs explained addressing all concerns, no surprises. Well pleased highly recommend as clinicians and practice.
