I recently had an assessment for SureSmile aligners at Freeman and Rosser and was really impressed with the whole experience. The team were friendly, professional and very reassuring from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, including the treatment options and what to expect, which made me feel comfortable and confident about the process. I really appreciated the time they took to answer my questions and the calm, welcoming approach. A very positive experience and I would happily recommend Freeman and Rosser to anyone considering aligner treatment.

I’ve been a patient here for many years and what sets this practice apart is the genuinely individualised care. Everyone at the practice is friendly and professional. Anne, my hygienist, really knows my oral health history and notices improvements and flags any changes each visit. It’s reassuring to feel like you’re not just another appointment on the list!

The standard of care is excellent and of the highest quality. My Dentist Rebecca Herbert and her dental nurses are extremely skillful and always show empathy and care especially as I present rather a complicated case due to injury and illness.. Rebecca always enquires how my health is incase things are difficult and I may need a break. In Rebecca Herbert and her team are truly excellent

The staff, service and treatment are all excellent. The only thing that needs sorting out is the reception area. There are only 2 chairs for mobility impaired or elderly patients, the remaining seating is in cheap, low , mock leather sofas - very uncomfortable and difficult to get up from. I'm not sure who decided to put the coat rack immediately above the two most comfortable chairs but when it is raining, this is a real problem. With hindsight, I think the coat rack was put up before the f2 chaired appeared but it still needs sorting out. We pay a huge amount of money for this dental service and the staff and other areas of this practise (particularly the reception staff) are outstanding. It's just such a shame that the planning and purchase of reception area comfort, has been overlooked.

Hannah and her team replaced a filling for me yesterday (20/11/25). Previously another dentist had filled the same tooth and it was the worst possible experience. Freeman & Rosser arranged a speedy appointment. I was nervous about the procedure. However, Hannah was professional and kind. I received the best possible care from her and her team. Highly recommend this dental practice.

Excellent service, yes it’s expensive but the quality of the treatment is first class and treatments are not pushed if you do not need them. The hygienist treatments are thorough and the staff are friendly, professional and explain everything. Great team, a very professional organisation.

I had an appointment with the Dental Hygienist today and cannot fault the service. I was made to feel very welcome by the receptionist and the Hygienist really put me at ease. The treatment was very professional and I was given excellent advice on my dental hygiene along with how to maintain my cleaning regime going forwards. I will definitely be back soon. 😁
