Had a good honest talk with Chelsea Madison & Ollie and felt a lot better and clearer regarding the changeover of the business - all 3 staff were so professional. 1st class care and concerns about me moving forwards - I was with the previous owners 37 years and they disappeared into thin air with no explanations

I had a bridge on my front tooth which I unfortunately swallowed. I am not a patient at this practice but they saw me on an emergency appointment (when my actual dentist wouldn’t) and made me a new front tooth there and then. I was so grateful for the time spent to make it look perfect and it looked better than my old bridge. The team on reception were fantastic and empathetic to my situation and I am so grateful that I am looking to save to join this practice to have my bridge / implant fitted as a long term fix.

I had a cracked tooth refilled by Dr Rory Dewhurst this morning. He explained everything that he was going to do before he started. The procedure was completely painless.

As always I was met with pleasant greetings,and was seen promptly. Mrs White was very thorough and efficent. I really enjoy my visits to the dentist!

Annual appointment with the hygienist this week. As always first class treatment. Friendly and professional, no finger wagging just gentle advise on how to improve maintenance on problem areas. Beautiful clean practice, a pleasure to attend appointment.
