Can be friendly. Although staff can be to busy talking to each other. Each appointment plan changes. Nothing is explained properly. Its a nice place but needs work on communication

What an amazing experience we had today at this practice. The staff are all so helpful, supportive, informative and ever so patient. My teenage daughter can be very challenging so they put her at ease and made the whole appointment an enjoyable time. Highly recommend this practice 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
"I can’t recommend North Cardiff Orthodontics Centre highly enough! The range of services they offer is exceptional, meeting all my daughters needs with the utmost professionalism. The staff are incredibly friendly and made myself and daughter feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. Even though I was running late due to traffic, they were extremely accommodating and understanding, which I truly appreciated given how busy they are. The level of care and expertise provided is second to none, and the entire experience was fantastic. Thank you to the amazing team for their outstanding service!"
The process was as easier than anything. The staff who looked after me were excellent. Yvonne was in the process from the start and she is spectacular and when she left for maternity leave, Lauren stepped in and the overlap was flawless with no issues and she was also brilliant. The girls Saskia and Emily sorted out my impressions for my retainers in minutes with no issues at all they were also brilliant. My results are perfect and I couldn’t be happier. 10/10 and couldn’t recommend more
