Had my first appointment after 5 years of not going to a dentist. I was nervous as I knew I was having issues but Dr Arpit Grover and the dental nurse Kim were so lovely, really put me at ease. Arpit did a thorough check and sorted out what needs to happen which wasn't as bad as I thought. They were very professional, approachable, friendly and so so good at their jobs. First visit today. Was a little anxious but I needn't have worried. Arpit put me at ease immediately, he explained everything that I needed doing, how he was going to do it and how long all my treatment would take. Nadra was very helpful too which was very appreciative on my behalf.....would highly recommend.

Just like to say thank you to both Dr Yusuf and Nurse Nadra for making my visit as smooth as possible. This was my first visit and everything was explained. I even had an extraction which the previous dentist failed to advise. This was done so quickly I had to ask twice.

After having an awful experience with my old dentist I found this dentist still taking NHS patients for myself and daughters. Dr A Grover has been amazing with my treatment. Explaining the procedure, different options, cost, outcomes etc and finally helped me get my confidence back and to smile again. It’s a bit of drive to get the dentist from where I live but it’s worth it and I’m so pleased he is my dentist now. Plus Sharon his assistant who has been lovely too 🙂

I saw Dr. Soumayya Alhajeh for an emergency broken tooth and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, all of the staff were polite, welcoming, and made me feel at ease. Dr. Alhajeh was professional, kind, and explained all my options clearly. The repair looks completely natural—you can’t tell the tooth was ever broken. I’m extremely pleased and grateful for her excellent work.

Can’t praise the Hednesford branch of MyDentist highly enough. Had a fear of the dentist following a bad experience years ago but Eleanor & Nadra have helped massively, explaining everything clearly and making sure procedures go smoothly. Thank you.
