Bupa Dental Care Cannock

I had an appointment with Andreea Rogoveanu at Bupa Dental Care Cannock and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was absolutely amazing. She was so gentle and didn’t hurt me at all, which made a huge difference as I was quite nervous beforehand. Andreea was kind, reassuring, and explained everything clearly, helping me feel completely at ease throughout. The whole experience was calm and professional, and I’m really grateful for the care I received. I would highly recommend her to anyone, especially if you’re a nervous patient. Thank you again!

Been on a plan here for a while now. Originally came for the odd appointment after leaving inspire dental. I managed to get an appointment very quickly and signed up for a monthly plan soon after. The difference is night and day between them both. The hygienist here is very careful and considerate when having a deep clean. Would recommend to anyone and the monthly plan is worth the money.

My husband and I attended the practice today and had a wonderful experience. The ladies at reception were extremely knowledgeable and accommodating, helping us find the most suitable dates and explaining details of our policy. We felt cared for from beginning to finish. It was our very first appointment at the practice and happy to say we will be coming back.

I've used this dental practice for over 10 years, pre covid it did go through a wobble with mixed results but post covid and Bupa taking over it has been a great source to help with dental care. They find timely appointments, always friendly and sympathetic which when you're in pain is really appreciated. Yes it can be pricey but you forget about that after your pain has gone. I can't fault the current team. Thank you!

Called cannock for an emergency appointment after breaking my tooth late on Friday afternoon. Kelly the receptionist managed to confirm an appointment for me for 9:40 on the Saturday morning. Dentist was fantastic and secured the tooth to arrest the pain to allow me to come back and have the work done that was necessary at a later date. Cannot thank the dentist and the team at Cannock BUPA dental care enough for the fast and efficient service. Many thanks.

Just felt like they were there to gain money from me. Had a filling redone and kept getting boils on the gum and eventually they gave me antibiotics. I was told by the dentist they couldn’t refund me the filling so I would have to have a root canal and they’d take the money off there. I didn’t feel like I could trust this place as the receptionists didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing either. Anyway the manager gave me a refund even though the dentist said I couldn’t have one and the only way I’d get my money back is by having a root canal. The manager was lovely but that’s about it

Absolutely amazing team. Kelly and the reception team cannot do enough to accommodate requests and make sure you have the best options. The dental team are thorough and take time to explain everything including ways to help off set costs through their dental schemes. They’re great at reassuring you if you’re a bit anxious about treatments and make it as pleasant as possible
