had a wonderful experience with the team. Dr Emily was excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and very reassuring throughout my treatment. Her assistant, Lily, and Elsie were also fantastic, kind, and supportive. Vanessa at reception was incredibly patient, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. She made me feel comfortable from the very beginning and was always happy to answer any questions. Thank you all for your outstanding care and professionalism. I highly recommend this practice!

Hygienist Appointment-Thursday 5 March 2026 I had an appointment at the dentist, I arrived early and waited, after a while, I was called through, and the experience was mercifully short. The whole appointment was straight forward, and I left the dental practice early.

Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dentist. Dr. Nickolaos made me feel so comfortable and relaxed the whole time, which is not easy for me. He was very friendly and kind, and explained everything step by step so I always knew what was happening. I never felt rushed or unsure at any point. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. I’m really glad I found Dr. Nickolaos and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Greatly appreciated for all the professional work Dr Anna Ashcroft has done. Such a delight to have her as my dentist. Very warm and friendly service. I actually don't even worry about going to the dentist knowing i will be in her capable hands. Thanks again to Anna and the rest of the team for all the great work you have done.

Such a rubbish place. The staff don’t know how to speak to people on the phone and don’t even know whether a patient is booked for an emergency or not. My friend was in severe toothache, in unbearable pain, and because he doesn’t speak much English, he was treated terribly. We were told to go back just because he was 10 minutes late, which was due to their own poor management. We travelled all the way from Sawston for this, completely wasting our time while someone was in serious pain. The customer service is shocking. I would give 0 stars if I could. Especially blaming Izabel for her rude, street-style tone and complete lack of professionalism.

I had a really great experience with my dentist, Emily. She was incredibly kind, gentle, and professional while doing my filling. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time, which really put me at ease. The procedure was smooth and pain-free, and I’m very happy with the result. Emily did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received.

Being a very anxious person, the dentist is that last place I like to visit, however Emily is amazing, she is so very kind and understanding and didnt make my appointment feel rushed as I had to have an extraction. She explained everything and took the appointment slowly reassuring me throughout. Her assistant was also lovely and caring. They both deserve crowns and to be noticed for their kindness. Thank you to you both and I wont feel so anxious everytime now. Thank you
