Most recently, I needed a prompt appointment before travelling and the team were incredibly accommodating in fitting me in at short notice. From booking through to treatment, everything was handled efficiently and professionally. The practice is modern, clean, and extremely well run, with a slick service delivered to a very high standard. I had a broken tooth that was causing me pain while eating. I called Cambridge Dental Hub and was able to get an appointment the same day, with my tooth extracted the following day. The whole team were very friendly, polite, and professional throughout. They made me feel comfortable and at ease during the entire procedure, and the extraction itself was completely pain free. Just wanna say thank you so much to the Dental hub, for seeing me as an emergency today as my dental practice couldn't fit me in at such short notice. Ive have used this practice on numerous occasions, and like always the team are amazing. However, today Dr Ricky and Nurse Gizem went above and beyond for me, with there kindness and professionalism. I needed an emergency dental appointment as I was away from home. The whole process from start to finish was easy. I arranged an appointment for the next day - needed a tooth out and they were able to dig this on the same day. All staff were polite and efficient and Margarita was wonderful, explaining what would happen and putting together a treatment plan for me. She was extremely understanding and empathetic of my other medical conditions .
