I had a really good experience with Joice. I didn’t have any anaesthetic during the treatment, and he was extremely patient and understanding whenever I felt any discomfort. He made sure I was okay throughout the whole appointment and worked very gently. He also did a really good job, and I’m very happy with the results. Would definitely recommend!

I’m extremely impressed with this dental clinic. Last night, while flossing, I accidentally pulled too hard and my entire filling came out. I couldn’t sleep because I was worried about the cost of treatment. Then I found this NHS dental clinic online and realised it was near me. I called in the morning, and the receptionist was very helpful—she explained everything clearly and arranged an urgent appointment for me straight away. When I arrived, the service was smooth and efficient. I was seen by the dentist very quickly, and the dentist was very experienced, kind, and explained the treatment clearly before starting. Overall, I’m really impressed with the service here and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Rang surgery on Monday for a replacement filling and was booked in the following afternoon. Jason was very considerate, careful and professional taking on board that the cavity was very sensitive. Came away feeling happy.my tooth was painlessly refilled and and no sensitivity.

The reception staff were quickly adept at resolving a misunderstanding regarding an email communication. Maybe a little more awareness would be welcome when dealing with patients who are hearing impaired. After battling through the appointment against a face mask, a strong accent, very little face to face interaction, I discovered that a machine had been running consistently through the consultation. Once this was turned off at the end of the consultation, I was able to understand what was being said oh so much better. I look forward to this consideration being in place at my next appointment.

Had a revision procedure with Raj today 10 years after my original composite build ups. Raj and his team are so kind and caring. I was in the chair for 4 hours. The results are truly amazing. For me it really is life changing to have confidence in my teeth any smile and Raj and his team have made it happen for me. I’ve been a patient at Clockhouse and the other clinic in Cambridge (Antwerp house) for around 14 years and have always been very happy with the treatment. All of the staff are kind and caring and always happy to help. Thanks again.
