I had a positive experience with the orthodontist team. Everyone was really friendly, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. Cheryl on reception was especially lovely and always welcoming whenever I came in. They explained everything properly and didn’t make me feel awkward asking questions. The place is clean, organised, and appointments were always smooth. Really happy with how everything’s going and would definitely recommend them.

I had such a good experience at Portman Smile Clinic. From the moment I walked in, everything felt calm, clean and super professional. The staff are genuinely lovely and make you feel really comfortable, not rushed or judged at all. Special shoutout to Cheryl on reception because she is honestly the sweetest ever 🫶 she was so welcoming, friendly and helpful, and just had the best energy. I got my braces done at Portman smile clinic, and I easily had one of the easiest and nicest experiences. I was always welcomed by the loveliest receptionist Cheryl, who managed my every booking exceptionally. The dentist who did my teeth was also exceptional at her job and I was really pleased with my teeth by the end of it.

I’ve gone to Portman Smile Clinic to get my braces treatment for the last 5 years and I felt welcomed every time with great service from all the staff. Cheryl at the front desk was always so kind and supportive when helping me manage my appointments and the orthodontist who worked on my teeth was extremely knowledgable.
