Perfect Smile - Dentist in Camberley

I’ve been going to My Dentist Smile in Camberley for years and couldn’t recommend them enough. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, which makes every visit a positive experience. My dentist is incredibly kind and never makes me feel judged — I can tell he genuinely cares about my teeth and overall oral health. It’s a place I trust completely, and I’ll definitely continue coming here with my children too.

The receptionist aren’t very welcoming. The dentist was nice enough - I had a check up for both my kids and then me and he was so quiet throughout. No feedback or information provided. Usually the dentist says something like teeth are looking good- there’s one wobbly one, or ones growing nicely but not one word. And he didn’t say anyone about my check up either. I had to ask if everything was ok. Not the best experience. He also didn’t clean my kids teeth which was needed and is part of a check up- he only put Floride on their teeth to make them stronger but no cleaning.

Perfect smile, not so perfect! Up until now I’ve always been very happy with this dentist but feel they’ve really let me down! Having suffered the worst toothache I’ve ever known and knew I needed an extraction was told after being seen I have to wait another 2 weeks to have this done but could be put on there imaginary waiting list and sent on my way! Having had a terrible night in worse pain called the next morning 8am and explained ….after listening to there lovely message that they offer emergency care haha, was told they had no space with my dentist but would see if she could fit me in earlier with another one and promised to call me back at 9am. Surprise surprise, no call. NOT IMPRESSED! Called 111 and got sent to an NHS dentist in Basingstoke to give temporary relief, meanwhile still waiting on that call!

I have been attending this Dental Pracctice for in of excess of 10 years. My Dentist of choice is Das who has always been so professional, courteous & all round great at his job. The reception team, dental nurses too are professional 👏 And even though I hate the procedure of the deep clean the hygienist was super professional too. See you all in 6 months....

My family and I are so impressed with Alex at Perfect Smile. He has looked after us for years and always puts us at ease with his calm, reassuring manner. A fantastic dentist - skilled, honest, and genuinely caring.
