I had an excellent experience at this dental practice in Blackwater. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, modern, and well-maintained the clinic is—it immediately gives you confidence in their standards of hygiene. The reception team were welcoming, professional, and very organised, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The dental staff were equally impressive—knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly committed to providing high-quality care. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout. Overall, the level of service here is outstanding. It’s not always easy to find a practice that combines professionalism, hygiene, and genuine patient care so well. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for reliable and top-quality dental treatment.

Had an emergency appointment with Dr Abdel , he was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. The surgery is lovely, spotless and very well organised! Excellent experience, as someone who has a bad phobia of the dentist I was put at ease as early as making the appointment by a friendly receptionist who went above and beyond to accommodate me, to then getting to the appointment and being greeted and dealt with so professionally and with such kindest and compassion by all the staff I came in contact with. I can’t recommend the practice enough and I can confidently say I am nowhere near as anxious for my next appointment as I was prior to coming here. So Thankyou!

This dental practice is exceptional in their general dentistry. The dentist I saw Dr Abdel had great communication skills and fully delivered on the services, really friendly and made me feel at ease. When I walked in the practice felt very luxurious and fresh, very modern and I was comfortable throughout my entire visit 10/10. I am now choosing this as my main dentist 😁

I have been having severe toothache and my visit in this superb dental clinic really made a difference! They were prompt and so kind to all of us patients. They have accommodated me quickly, even though it’s a bank holiday, they were able to fit me in their schedule. Dr Hamza, his dental Nurse and the receptionist were so lovely- all of them are. They were reassuring, as I was sat there in less pain. Thank you so much.

My visit was about 3 weeks ago. My wife's root canal has been causing her problems for years. The receptionist was very helpful and polite. We were seen near our appointment time, I was seen by Abdul and the lady working with him. We had X ray and was given options and we knew what we wanted, me and Mrs had discussed extraction of gum. Abdul was patient and answered all our questions, and nothing was too much for him, I wish others were like this. The lady working with him, wish I knew her name, she probably was from phillipines, but she treated us and my 3 year old like VIP, Really caring. Abdul was professional and considerate and wife was in caring arms during her treatment. Don't hesitate, just book your visit, I hope NHS learn from this place. I’m currently having a whitening course alongside needing an implant and I’m extremely impressed with the professional standard of the process/surgery. Samantha Cole on reception was super friendly, helpful and comforting when she noticed I was nervous. Ahmed was brilliant with my treatment, providing a calm and reassuring environment. They are both great asset’s to the team.
