She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I fully understood my treatment options without ever feeling rushed. Her calm and friendly approach really stood out and made the whole experience stress-free. The practice itself is modern, clean, and very well organised. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and go the extra mile to provide a high level of service. I was a very nervous patient and had avoided going to a dentist for years. I have now been coming to Dr Ramana Laxmikanthan at Sapphire Dental for about a year and a half and he has managed to get me to be so relaxed and at ease at every visit. The level of care and empathy is outstanding. He is a brilliant dentist and always does an excellent job. Every member of staff is friendly and kind. I always leave feeling it's been such a positive experience. I would highly recommend.

My appointment today was great. First I have a thorough examination of my teeth. It was done in a very professional way. Both the exam and after the cleaning and polishing were done with great care and consideration. They were very polite and patient with me. The wonderful thing is that everything they have done today in the dental appointment is included in the monthy dental plan. I have no worries. Thanks so much for all your time and kindness.

I've been visiting Sapphire Dental for about 10 years ( possibly longer!) and always been very happy with the service. In that time, there a have been no significant issues with my teeth, testement, in part, to eff3ctive regular check ups, cleaning and the occasional treatment. Prices are competitive, service very friendly appointments always on time; its a clean, modern and pleasent environment.and overall, makes a visit to 'the dentist' about as enjoyable as it can be!!! Periodically, I have looked at other options in the area, but never found a good reason to change practice.

I’ve been a patient for a number of years and can highly recommend. I have received excellent service throughout from all the staff. I can particularly recommend Dr Jabbar who I trust completely to look after my teeth. You couldn’t ask for a better dentist. I have also recently been seeing Dr Fenton-Jones for my TMJ jaw issues. The practice has a cost effective monthly payment system which helpfully spreads the costs over a year, which I find beneficial

I had the pleasure of having Dr Nisha Sanghrajka treat me today. It was an urgent, last minute appointment booked after part of my tooth had fallen off, from a previous, very old filling. Dr Nisha was extremely kind, courteous, answered all questions, took their time to explain and show, and worked extremely diligently the entire time. I was so relaxed, I almost fell asleep as they were drilling out my old filling. I'd 100% recommend this dental practice, and I'll be sure to come back again when needed. Thank you greatly! O

The dental surgery has a friendly feel to it, the receptionist is both professional and friendly. My dentist is excellent I have absolute trust in her judgement and her ability as a dentist. She is professional in her manner and also very cheery. I have to admit to enjoying going to the dentist!
