Dr Michael Frain Ltd - Kerry Crescent Dental Practice

I saw Helen today, the Dental Hygienist at Kerry Crescent. My first visit to her. She was very informative and very kind and patient with me, as I am quite a nervous patient! She showed me the best way to clean and care for my teeth, explaining everything as she went along. I had a full scale and polish and I came away with nice clean teeth but also some new tips and recommendations. Whilst I didn’t exactly enjoy the visit (!) it was worth going and Helen and the nurse, who’s name I cannot remember, were great.

Such good treatment when a tooth needed to be pulled out today. Yes, it took two dentists and a good deal of pulling to get the job done, but they could not have been kinder or more efficient. The receptionists are excellent, too, and I count myself lucky to have a dental practice that I trust.

Warm reception- very welcome in this freezing weather! Reception staff were polite and helpful too. Dentist was v efficient and explained opportunities for improvement in dental health without being patronising. 4 stars as there was a 30 min delay to my appointment start time, which put me in a little difficulty with my job.

I have been with Kerry Crescent practice in Calne for over 30 years. All the dentists I have had (especially Patricia) have been amazing and put me at ease. I have always hated going to the dentist (who doesn’t) but I have complete trust in them. They only do what’s needed to do. And I would also like to say that the support staff are very friendly and very professional too I wouldn’t go to another dentist practice and would (and have) recommended this practice. Thank you Kerry Crescent for your continued brilliant service over the last 30 years and may it continue please!

Elaine has been my dentist for 35 years, so lucky is an understatement 😊 The reception team are always friendly & welcoming ☺️

First time I visited Kerry Practice and my dentist was Elaine. I have travelled around and so had numerous dentists but none have been as thorough and spent as much time explaining dental health as Elaine did. She was caring and professional in every way.
