Archway Dental - Kelly Bray

I joined this dental practice just over a year ago and have been very pleased with the service I've received. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, making every visit a positive experience. The dentists and support team are professional and take the time to ensure patients feel comfortable and well cared for. My only criticism is the recent change to the appointment booking system. Previously, when leaving an appointment, you could book your next routine check-up for six months' time, which was very convenient. The new system only allows appointments to be booked up to eight weeks in advance. In today's age of technology, it seems this should be a straightforward process, and being able to secure appointments six months ahead would make things much easier for patients. Overall, I am very happy with the practice and would happily recommend it.

I have always found that Archway dental have made me feel relaxed and at ease when I attend for a check up and clean. They always explain what is to be done and check on me as the treatment progresses. I highly recommend them.

I could not be happier with my experience at Archway Dental. Every member of staff I dealt with was friendly and efficient. I have had treatment which included a filling and a crown and it is the only time I have ever had dental treatment with absolutely no pain at all, amazing! A great experience thank you 😍

All staff were amazing, from Lou the receptionist to the lovely young lady who was my dentist. It was an emergency appointment, away from my home town but was definitely worth the miles. They were all very caring, friendly and professional. Even the waiting room was inviting and calming (at Kelly Bray practice). I would highly recommend and will be registering with Archway for sure, in my home town.

First appointment with Archway and it went well. Full explanation from Konrad and a complete examination of my teeth and the work needed clearly explained. A very good start with professional and helpful staff.

As quite a new patient to the Kelly Bray practice I have been very impressed with the standard of care and treatment I’ve received. All the staff have been very professional, friendly and caring which does put you at ease. So Thank you!

Very disappointing. After an encouraging start, (£100'ish just to sign up) some x rays and a check up I went back for a further appointment (£60) at which, after a half hour chat I was told that they would not be able to do the implant work that I needed and that they would refer me to Springhill in Tavistock! £160.00 wasted. No convincing reasons were given for this. At Springhill I had to start all over again £250.00 first appointment, xrays again and an encouraging chat. I am now firmly a patient at Springhill and awaiting the next steps in my course of treatment. Sorry Archway but you came highly recommended then failed to deliver.
