Tottington Dental Surgery

So grateful that we have such an incredible dental practice. Cannot sing their praises highly enough! I got a call from school to say my 8yo son had chipped his tooth in PE. I rang the surgery on the way to collect him and they told us to come straight down. We are patients of Tottington, but our family dentist Lucy was unavailable. We were seen very swiftly by Dr Joe Brown, who had been kind enough to accommodate us with no appointment. He was kind, welcoming and made my son feel comfortable and at ease. He explained the situation, and showed me what he would do and reassured my son. The chipped tooth was repaired there and then. Dr Joe Brown was so good with the children, I also had my 2yo with me, who was cheering him on and even gave him a round of applause afterwards and said "thank you doctor". The whole experience was so positive, which I'm so grateful for. It re-affirms to the children that going to the dentist is a good experience. I'm so grateful to Tottington Dental Surgery, Dr Joe Brown and extend my appreciation to the rest of the team. Particularly Georgia who handled my panicked phonecall and was so accommodating and helpful. Thank you SO much, we are forever grateful that our family have such a wonderful dental practice.

I cannot recommend Dr Sam Young highly enough, he is genuinely the best dentist I have ever had. From the moment I sit in the chair, he makes me feel completely at ease. His approach is extremely holistic and patient centred; he always takes the time to talk me through every step of the procedure and carefully explains treatment plans so I feel informed, reassured, and involved in my care. I’ve had difficult experiences with dentists in the past, including pain and discomfort during procedures, but with Dr Sam I have never once felt pain or discomfort. His practice is incredibly thorough, safe, and effective, and you can truly tell how much he cares about doing things properly and prioritising patient wellbeing. I also want to give special praise to his assistant, Rhi, who has shown me so much compassion. When I’ve felt worked up or anxious, she has held my hand and provided such genuine reassurance that kindness makes more of a difference than I can put into words, she is thorough and safe with her dental practice techniques, she is a credit to the practice alongside Dr Sam. Together, they provide outstanding, high quality care in a calm and supportive environment. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better dentist or dental team. Thank you both for restoring my trust and making dental visits something I no longer fear 🙂

I recently joined Tottington Dental Surgery and I’m very pleased with the care I’ve received. Dr Jo Brown is an excellent dentist, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. My treatment went very well, and I felt completely at ease. Highly recommend!

For years the people here have been supportive, kind and understanding. No matter how nervous I am they have made me feel reassured to the point where I'm starting to not fear the dentist anymore 😂 this is a high compliment. A good place to go for your dental needs

Lovely staff, very patient and explain the process as they went which was very helpful and made it less stressful. Have a very clean site and very comfortable, a nice relaxing environment all around. Evie was very kind and considerate. She took a kind and personal approach and was patient with any issues that arrows during this. I’ve attended this dentist my whole life and never had any issues!
