As a relatively new patient at the practice, I have to say I am so impressed. The care, the information and the treatment have all been outstanding. The reception team are brilliant. The hygienists very thorough and provide excellent advise. The dentist, what can I say? They have provided wonderful dental care, my implant treatment was wonderful, they have sorted out a long standing jaw issue and in a recent emergency, sorted within the day. I love the whole experience and cannot recommend the business highly enough.

So friendly and helpful, after being turned away by two branches of a well known dentist branch I called in hopes someone would be able to help, straight away they booked me in for what was only a ten minute visit. Was a lovely place and everyone was so kind which is great as I suffer quite bad anxiety at dentists. Absolutely will be returning in the future and would highly recommend to everyone

everyone was polite and professional as they always have been. this applies to the 6/7 people I had contact with on the day. they know who they are.

Where to start? It is so hard to put into words how this practice has changed the view and confidence in myself, and the impact it has had on my life. It has been life changing. The practice go above and beyond. The care and support that I have received is second to none. The attention to detail that Usman and his team provide is exceptional. I had a set of implants fitted and whilst it was a long journey, the support and care the team provide was amazing. They looked after me from start to finish ensuring that I was comfortable through every stage. With a real fear of dentists, I can honestly state that I never experienced any such fears at Standish Dental. If you are looking for a really good dentist practice, I would highly recommend Standish Street. They are exceptional! I would have no hesitation in recommending this dental practice whatsoever. Friendly,welcoming staff, very nice premises and a high standard of care. Personally I’d like to thank Usman for a fantastic job, where he discussed and advised me through every step of the process. A true professional and gentleman. Excellent!

Absolutely disgusting the way the Asian/Indian girl on the reception talks to you. She is rude, unhelpful and arrogant. She does not have a clue what she is talking about and she needs to learn basic customer service skills. However the other girls on the reception have always been so kind and helpful. In future I will be dealing with them only.
