Calder Dental Practice - Burnley

My dentist communicates clearly with me, explains any treatments needs clearly and ensures I am involved in the decision making process around my care. I always feel that I am given the options around my care so i know what the costs/ benefits are. The quality and care given of the work is excellent. All the staff are friendly and whilst there are several months wait time for most appointments I don't feel this is unusual or affects my care. Costs are about average and whilst I don't like having to pay for my dental treatment due to a lack of NHS places I am happy with the service I get. Highly recommended dentist.

Excellent treatment. Arrived on time and in with the dentist within 5 minutes. Problem tooth sorted and on my way home 20 minutes later.

Very friendly office staff, dentists and hygienists are professional, competent, kind, and patient. Office is clean and tidy, easy to find location, easy to get an appointment at a time convenient for me.

From walking through the door you are made to feel welcome by the receptionist, pleasant lady. The Dentist was polite & professional, he explained everything that he was doing and why, was asked if i was ok whilst the examination was taking place, also he explained what future treatment was needed and asked if i had any questions, overall a fabulous experience for a very nervous patient, would highly recommend this practice.

Very friendly and helpful on reception, seen quickly by the dentist who was thorough and gentle, next appointment made for treatment quickly, absolutely no issues.

Terrible experience for the last few years! Every appointment cancelled or rearranged! I turned up today for an appointment waited 30 minutes for the locum dentist to turn up then to be told he can’t treat denplan clients! New appointment needed! This happens to my family also! The poor woman on reception must get all the back lash from the cancellations! Been at this dentist for 50 years but will be looking to move elsewhere!
