The treatment and service at this practice is excellent nothing was too much trouble for them. The dentist I see is Anis who goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your treatment I have seen other dentists at this practice who are also very good. All the treatment is explained fully and they put you at ease. The reception staff are very friendly and I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Up until registering with Mydentist always had a great fear and anxiety of dentists. But following my most recent treatment with Yousaf and more so the dentist Assam it was a surprisingly pleasant and painless experience, due to their friendly, calming, relaxing manner and approach.

My experience today with the hygienist was excellent she explained throughly to me step by step on how my teeth was, she made me feel at ease when cleaning my teeth, she was a really nice lady and I will definitely be returning to her.

I always get treated by Dr Yaya and I have nothing but praise for his professionalism, understanding and kindness. The nurses and reception staff are always friendly and welcoming.

I was referred to this dentist via NHS 111 while in severe pain, expecting urgent care and professional support. What I received instead felt dismissive and rushed. The first interaction at reception was being directed straight to the card machine, which immediately set the tone. Despite clearly explaining the level of pain I was in, there seemed to be little interest in properly addressing the issue. The appointment felt transactional rather than clinical, as though payment was the priority, not patient care. I left still in great pain, with no meaningful treatment provided, simply told to wait and hope the penicillin worked. Before i sat with any treatment the dentist said w"ow the swelling is bad and unlikely to treat" - I was in the chair for 3 minutes then rushed off as they dental hygienist was cleaning ready for the next paying patient! As more patients mean more profit! As someone living with epilepsy, I am already aware that additional care and understanding can sometimes be needed in medical settings. Instead of feeling reassured, I left feeling uncomfortable and as though my condition was not properly considered. It added to the sense of being treated as a problem rather than a patient. Afterwards, I spoke with my GP reception team, who advised that more should have been done and that this was a dental matter requiring proper treatment and they can not help. NHS 111 had also indicated that the dentist would be able to provide more comprehensive care, which makes the experience even more frustrating. I was referred there specifically for help, and that help was not given. When someone attends an emergency dental appointment, they are vulnerable and often distressed. To be met with indifference instead of compassion is deeply upsetting. This was not just disappointing, it felt like a serious failure in patient care. My condition has worsened and no help or care from this dentist I would not recommend this practice to anyone seeking urgent dental support.
