Without doubt, THE best dental practice I have ever been to, period. Outstanding service in every respect. I have had quite a lot of work done by Mandeep and Amir and all of it has been virtually painless and with perfect results. Also great work from my hygienist, Zarah. Everyone makes you welcome and puts you entirely at ease instantly, I was nervous when I first came to The Whitehouse Dental Surgery after bad experiences elsewhere, I needn't have worried! Narziya Jeewa is the best hygienist I have come across. I am diabetic and suffer from gum disease, Narziya has enabled me to improve the pocket deepness, general hygiene and gum quality. I tend to visit every 3 to 4 months. I have never been able to have my teeth cleaned without being numbed but with Narziya this has been possible. The best equipment is used, every step explained. I continue on the journey and unfortunately do not think I will be free of gum disease but am glad to have a professional, knowledgeable and thorough hygienist.

As a new patient I felt immediately warmly welcomed by the lovely receptionist named tasmeen Hussain... She helped with everithing, from the prices of treatments to request my 3d scan from previous dentist etc etc make me feel at home and engaging in a very friendly conversation, also doct shukla was very helpful describe in details my treatment plan and the cost of it..... I felt very relaxed and not stressed at all, using the latest technology for a 3 d scan,where I can seenall my teeth and their conditions... Although I m scared of root canals I will consider this dentist if be Overall 5 stars!!!

My daughter ran into a wall and one of her front teeth snapped. We were told that she needed a root canal by her dentist (which we since believe was not necessary, but agreed to in a panic during emergency), and the tooth was then glued back on. Needless to say, it very quickly came off soon after. We switched to The White House Dental Surgery, and it was like a night and day difference in experience and quality. From the comprehensive explanations and options, to the professional surgery (simple things like apparatus to ensure your mouth remains open, taking the time for anaesthetics to kick in, applying more as necessary, surgical speed and accuracy between dentist and assistant was like watching heart surgery). For the first time in my life, I realised that not all dentists are equal, and you don't know what you're missing if you've never experienced it. The results remain perfect writing this review 1 year later, you cannot see any break or difference in tooth, and (with care) she is able to eat normally. Cannot recommend this surgery enough.

An orthodontic treatment performed by a dentist at the White House dental Surgery in Buckhurst Hill for overcrowding in my top teeth has created problem with my bite. Prior to the treatment I had some overcrowding in my top teeth where my two front teeth would overlap slightly (no problems with my bite). After a year treatment with C-fast braces my teeth were protruding forward creating a big gap between my top and bottom teeth. It did not just affect my appearance but it made eating/biting certain foods very difficult. I expressed my concerns to the dentist and I was offered a different treatment that I would have to pay for again. I did not feel it was right for him to ask for more money when he created the problem in the first place. I decided to go to a different orthodontic practice and after another year of costly treatment my bite was corrected. Following the Google review above, I was contacted by the White House Dental Surgery. After sending a number of emails with photos to them to discuss the outcome and seeking legal advice I was offered a full refund of the original treatment.
