I had an amazing experience getting Invisalign and composite bonding with DR A Ballard. I am very happy with the final results and she made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to upgrade their smile!

I have been using the services of the Dental Smile Clinic for quite a number of years and have always been delighted with my treatment and the service provided. A very smart and modern practice utilising the latest technology and equipment. My own dentist is Dr Patel who is the most charming of individuals, always interested in my family and who affords me the most thorough and gentle treatment at every visit. I would rate this practice as excellent.

I visited today as I had cracked a tooth 😩the reception team got me an appointment quickly and when I got to the desk to check in the 2 ladies Julie and Izzy were very friendly and I took a seat in the very beautiful chilled waiting area for Dr Patel to come and get me ,the surgery is ultra modern and calm …she took notes on my tooth situation and X-rays and photos and explained everything perfectly and said I needed a filling 🙈I chose a white one as they look better …🦷she gave me an injection which I didn’t feel and gave my teeth a clean and polish before starting drilling…I didn’t feel a thing and the whole appointment was very calm that I nearly fell asleep 😴 the nurse Ella was fantastic and made me feel at ease the whole time ,it was a pleasurable experience and I will definitely be coming back for my check ups and night guard that dr Patel said I needed because I grind at night which caused the tooth to break 😟 Thank you all so much ..it’s such a lovely dental practice and everyone was so nice. Dr Ballard is the best dentist I have ever had. I’ve had a fear of the dentist for many years and ignored symptoms that required treatment. Dr Ballard welcomed me into the chair, spoke to me about my fear / anxiety. Every procedure I have had with her, she has spoke me through it & made me feel calm. Finally at the end of my treatment and I’m no longer scared of the dentist because Dr Ballard has completely changed my experience and makes me feel at ease during my appointments! She is just the best. The reception stuff and nurses are some of the best around too! Always happy to help. Thank you Dr Ballard!!

Dr Shah was really wonderful and understanding of my phobia of needles. She was very caring and professional, it was a wonderful experience!
