Broxbourne Dental Practice

I’ve had excellent experiences at this dental practice over the years. The staff are always welcoming, friendly, and professional. Dr Jiwa is friendly and builds a nice rapport with his patients. After a check up and for any procedures performed, he takes time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients’ and their long-term dental health. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and friendly dentist.

Friendly team and great service, they make you feel like a person rather than just the next appointment. Been visiting these guys for many years and have always been happy with advice and treatment provided. They give you a courtesy call a couple of days before your appointment in case you haven’t made a note which has been useful in the past. I definitely recommend.

As someone who is petrified of dentist I really didn't want to go to the dentist but, this whole practice was wonderful, so kind and calm and reassuring. Even when I coughed in the dentists face because I was crying. They have done a brilliant kob

Both the Dentist, Dr Jiwa and Hygienist, Sarah are brilliant with me, my fiancée and my toddler. I have personally had multiple fillings due to my unhealthy consumption of sweets and several times Dr Jiwa has saved the day and caught the decay before it hit the nerve so I'm extremely grateful for his thorough approach. Sarah is equally as thorough and I always appreciate how clean she makes my teeth feel and her advice is always spot on! However, I'd be lying if I didn't mention that some of the receptionists are a bit cold and lacking warmth. Short, direct and one word sentences give off the impression one is in the wrong job - compassionate, warm and caring individuals surely most suited to a customer facing/hosting/dental receptionist roll. And smile at your customers before and after their appointment especially when they're paying nearly £200 per filling. Dr Jiwa has the right balance of being compassionate without being overly familiar.
