I had appointments On Wednesday morning for a check-up and a scale and polish. All the staff were friendly and efficient as usual. Would recommend.

Unfortunately, I have had reason to visit the dentist on quite a few occasions in the past year. Each time, I have received treatment from Victoria Bell who makes an unpleasant experience as bearable as possible. Empathetic, gentle and patient, she is professional and very approachable. 10 out of 10 !

I was late for my appointment because I was in the wrong dental clinic. They phoned the proper clinic that I would be delayed, because I could not find the right place, as I am not from that area. When I arrived they were very helpful and very pleasant about it. When I left they put me on the right track to go home. Very unusual to get such good service. Lydia

Hygienist was lovely, personable gentle and informative. Victoria as always was wonderful, professional and caring. Thank you to both.

Follow up appt. Punctual. Recalled my history accurately and focused on the issue. Explained as he went along including the objective. Arranged appropriate review. Supporting staff: good.

I found the hygienist quite arrogant sadly, and she did not appear to understand my anxieties around visiting the dentist. She was abrupt and not compassionate at all. £70 for 15 minutes too! I will not be back sadly as the dentist themselves were brilliant

Had a lengthy procedure for a filling yesterday. The dentist, Victoria and her nurse were excellent. Informed me at each stage what was happening and was mindful of pain management and discomfort. Thank you ladies.
