The Buckley Practice - Bromley Dentist

Today’s visit to the dentist was one of the most complete experiences, over the past 2 decades. Speaking with Susan, at reception was as pleasant, friendly and professional as it gets. My partner, my 2 boys and I were offered hot and cold beverages, whilst we completed their registration. As we walked into see the dentist, the smiles and warmth that welcomed us, from Hannah, the dentist and Maggie, the nurse made us feel like we’ve been visiting there for many years. The whole experience was almost surreal and felt like we’d just visited some good friends. We recommend The Buckley Practice to anyone who is looking for a great family friendly dental practice with an affordable price.

Dr Buckley is the best. He came highly recommended and has helped so much with my fear/ distrust of dentists. He is very thorough yet gentle with a lovely chairside manner. He caught a dodgy tooth which others had missed before it turned into needing a root canal or worse, and is the only dentist that has given me an anaesthetic injection without any pain. I have been at this practice for in excess of 50 years and have always felt confident and well looked after even when anxious. Most of my family also attend the practice including most of my Grandchildren and whatever treatment has been needed has always been excellent and provided with care. Nothing ever seems too much trouble and every patient seems to be treated as special. The Buckley Practice is definitely 5*plus.

The service was brilliant from start to finish. It was my sons first dentist appointment and there were absolutely no tears. Hannah and Maddie were excellent preforming his check up. He is a little boisterous but they were really patient and good woth him. Susan and Faye on reception were so kind and friendly. I was also offered a drink as soon as I walked in, felt very homely and made us feel at ease. Would highly recommend Buckley Practice.

The Buckley Practice has looked after my children since they were very little, and more recently me as well! From the super kind reception team to the dentists, orthodontist, and hygienist, every single person is incredibly kind, patient, and professional. We have always felt so well cared for, and everything is explained clearly and thoughtfully. I’m so grateful to have found such a caring, friendly, and trustworthy team. Wholeheartedly recommend the Buckley Practice. I have tried several of the dentists in Bromley and even had a unicorn NHS dentist but the care you receive at The Buckley Practice is incomparable. Everyone there is friendly, caring, knowledgeable and understanding. I’m an extremely nervous patient and am never rushed or made to feel uncomfortable. They will always do their best to fit you in wherever possible. I woke up with excruciating pain on the day I was going on holiday last year and they saw me within an hour! Both my daughters are also seen at the Buckley Practice and they have gone from absolutely hating going to the dentist to taking it in their stride.
