I had my hygiene appointment today and honestly I arrived feeling extremely anxious and nervous. It was my first time visiting this place and I was so stressed that I even woke up at 4am because of the anxiety. From the moment I walked in, everything changed. The manager noticed how I was feeling and kindly asked if I was okay. When I told him I was very anxious, he didn’t rush anything and instead took a moment to help me feel comfortable. He brought me a pair of special glasses that play relaxing videos with calming music and asked me what I preferred to watch, fishes or landscapes. I chose landscapes and within minutes I felt so much calmer. It honestly made a huge difference 🥰 The whole atmosphere was peaceful and reassuring. When I was called in, Abbey and her assistant were absolutely lovely. They were gentle, kind and very professional. I even told her she had angel hands because everything felt so soft and careful. I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort at all ✨ This was my first time there and it turned out to be one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. I felt truly looked after from beginning to end. They treated me so, so well and I’m incredibly grateful for that 💛 I highly recommend this place, especially if you feel nervous about dental visits. They genuinely care about their patients.

Fabulous dentists! I’d really like to say a big thank you to Dr Hiba and Leah who were caring and compassionate, and looked after me. I needed an emergency same day appointment for a cracked tooth which was causing severe pain. Booking my appointment was quick and easy, and from the moment I stepped in I was made to feel welcomed. I’m nervous patient and was stressed and anxious a head of my appointment. Dr Hiba and Leah really went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and reassured. My treatment was quick and painless, this is the only place I will be going to for my dental work. I highly recommend the team.

Abigail and Visa were more than excellent in looking after me. As someone who’s scared of the dentist :(, I was well looked after. I had every step explained to me and Abigail and Visa were very reassuring and patient throughout. They made me feel safe and they were really kind. I can’t thank them enough for the work they have done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, especially if you are someone who is scared like me😂. I also want to thank Merdol who looked after me with his great customer service and his kindness. He was always very welcoming and made sure I was always looked after. Thank you so much guys!❤️

I have been with Shmile for a couple years now and have always had an amazing experience. The atmosphere is always very calm and welcoming. From reception to the chair, everyone seems happy to be there. Abigail has always explained everything to me prior to having any treatment and always showed me scans / results once finished.
