Southbank Sedation and Implant Centre

I recently had a dental implant at Southbank Sedation and Implant Centre in Broadstairs with Rosh, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. As a very nervous patient, I was dreading the procedure, but Rosh was incredibly considerate and calm throughout. He explained each step clearly, checked on me often, and made sure I was comfortable at every stage. The service felt truly professional — from the thorough consultation and sedation options to the precise, pain-free procedure and clear aftercare guidance. The whole team was friendly, efficient, and reassuring, and the practice itself is clean and well-organized. My implant looks and feels completely natural. If you’re anxious about dental work, I can’t recommend Rosh and Southbank Sedation and Implant Centre highly enough.

5* Practice, After nearly 20 years of avoiding dentists I saw an ad for Southbank Dental, I 'm so glad I took that 1st step & called them, from that call through to having work done, all staff were professional, reassuring & friendly, The practice was clean and fresh, didn't have that horrid surgical smell that puts you off from the start ! The dentist explained everything, no pressure, sedation was available, & accepted ! After my procedure I wasn't rushed out & put in recption area. It is a private dentist, the costings are very very reasonable. Cannot recommend highly enough. Coming form a staunch Dental -Phobic, I will be going back now & have regular check ups.

I recently had a tooth extraction at South Bank Centre, and I’m very grateful to Dr.Roshith for the care I received. He explained the entire procedure in advance in a calm and reassuring way, which really helped ease my anxiety. During the treatment, he was gentle, professional, and attentive throughout. The whole experience was much smoother than I expected. I would definitely recommend Dr.Rosh to anyone looking for a skilled and considerate dentist.

This is a 5 star dental practice from how kind and helpful the reception staff are to how friendly and skilled the dentists are. I knocked out my front veneer and they did an amazing job colour matching and fitting a new one. You can get appointments quickly and I feel they really care. My veneer was also a few hundreds of pounds cheaper here than I was quoted at other practices. I’m so grateful to have this near my house.

As someone who is absolutely petrified of the dentists, having never had treatment without sedation, all I can say is wow!! I needed a tooth removed rapidly, due to a large abscess under my tooth that had caused a serious infection, so no time to wait for sedation. I saw Dr Rosh and what an amazing professional he is. Dr Rosh and his assistant (sorry I can’t remember her name) were amazing throughout and completely restored my faith in treatment without sedation, talking to me about every step throughout and explaining in detail to settle my nerves. Sorry for the long review but I honestly can’t thank Dr Rosh, his assisting nurse and the surgery enough. Yes private dentistry is more expensive than the NHS, but you can’t compare the two as it’s in a different league and for anyone who suffers with dental anxiety like me, give Southbank a shot and I can promise you that you won’t go anywhere else again. Relaxed atmosphere and extremely helpful, they explained everything and told me exactly what they were doing. Very refreshing after years or dreading the dentist. They gave me a plan to help me achieve my goals, without having any pressure. Very happy to recommend to anyone needing a fantastic dentist.

Absolutely excellent experience from the start to the finish. The care and personality in this Centre is beyond remarkable. They eased severe anxiety for the procedure that we had; not just with the sedation part of it, but with the way you are treated by the entire staff from the minute you walk in the front door, until you leave. We have had the opportunity to meet a few of the staff who have taken care of us from an emergency visit just before Christmas, to a large procedure last week. Everyone has been wonderful to us. Today we again had the pleasure of a follow up to the large procedure to check healing progress, with Samir and Racheal who have been very warm, welcoming and calming, since day one. If you have a nervous patient in your family, I highly recommend going to this practice; nothing but the best things to say about them and they will be our new family dentist, from now on.
