Always an issue getting through on phone lines and when on hold for 20 mins and you hear the call answered likely end up hung up on as happened to me multiple times including today when tried to call as had my appointment cancelled the day before via text again!! Never had such an experience as here with dentists never available or booking last minute holidays when diary already booked with patients. Book an appointment to come in for following one and receptionists book incorrectly mucking up the dentists schedule 7 months been having treatment on 1 tooth as 3/4 months in between each visit. They seriously need a good manager to come in and sort the practice

My teeth have always been discoloured at the front, I have been very self conscious of it my whole life, I went for my regular check up a couple of weeks ago and I saw our new dentist for the first time. He was so lovely, calm and knowledgeable and he explained a very easy and affordable way to sort my front teeth out. Booked in straight away was able to get an appointment within the week, a half hour appointment and all sorted! Im over the moon they look natural and the shade matches perfectly, im incredibly happy and would recommend him to everyone

Situated on Broadstairs High Street . A friendly & caring practice offering NHS and Private Dental service , including payment plans for dental surgery . Always fresh and clean inside with such lovely staff who really know how to put you ar ease . Highly recommend 👌.

Not a good experience as there is a culture that patients should be thankful to be registered as NHS ? Waited over an hour for first appointment. No attempt by anyone at an apology.

IGNORE all the 5 star reviews do not be fooled. This pathetic excuse of a ‘dentist’ only has a dentist in 2 times a week. You will not be able to get an appointment for several months and you will definitely not be able to get through to them on the phone. Don’t bother and book elsewhere. Infuriating

Never answers the phone, never answers emails, never keeps up appointments, never books outside appointments for sedations, hangs up on you if you call 15 mins before closing, turns the answer machine on and cuts you off. If you are NHS they don’t want you so WHY take on NHS patients? Ridiculous company

Found this dental surgery by complete chance. I walked in and asked if I could register as an NHS patient and the receptionist was kind and explained how to fill the form in correctly. A week later I got a call to offer an appointment which I took and the gent who phoned made it clear it would be with a dental therapist and if I needed further treatment I would be handed to the dentist. This was very explanatory and I appreciated this. I had my appointment today and was very impressed, the staff were very kind and explained all steps to me in detail. I was impressed with th efficiency of the service.
