The lack of care from this place is disgraceful! I have been in so much pain with my tooth, not being able to sleep, eat nor drink and they just gave me antibiotics said there was an infection and sent me home. I called up again and they just kept telling me to wait for the antibiotics to kick in. Don’t get me wrong the receptionist are lovely but the actual dentist is a waste of space! I had to call 111 to be referred to a different dentist who have then told me they will have to remove my tooth. Now my dentist has told me they can’t remove it until after I’ve had my baby which is absolutely ridiculous! I cannot wait that long in pain. Thankfully another dentist has resolved this issue for me. There was also no infection in my tooth as checked today by a different dentist. So I have antibiotics for no reason.

My dentist, Maria, has done some amazing work on my teeth over a 2 year period. I've waited 50 + years to have my teeth look like they now do. I'm so grateful to Maria and would always recommend her as an excellent dentist and a lovely woman. Thank you so much Maria.

Due to being in a significant amount of pain, I was happy when I called this dentist and they agreed to see me the same day. I had a great experience here and very happy with the service they provided. The dentists really took care of me, and made me feel really comfortable. I will definitely be using them again

My family and I have been using this dentist for many years now and I can honestly say they are always very thorough and always try their best to get myself and my family appointments. Tabitha, their receptionist, is really lovely. Very friendly and always smiling, even when she is multitasking. Tabitha is always quick to check that I have my appointments written down or sends texts to confirm our appointments. All dentists we have seen over the years have also been extremely knowledgeable and caring towards our treatment.

paid over £600 for a few fillings just to be in more pain than I was before I had them. Dentist was rude, answering private phone calls in the middle of my filling, very rude about my teeth. Ended up having to get another dentist to fix the mess she left in my mouth.

I was a dentophobe (???) Until ...I was treated by Maria . I no longer have a fear of dental work .I've just had a new denture fitted, and its excellent. Maria is an absolute star ,as are all the assistants and staff at the bishopsworth practice. 👍

Dr Wassim and super nice dental nurse(sorry cant remember her name) were super gentle, lovely and professional with my autistic son. He is very anxious and that was his first dental work and I must say that the team made it as very positive experience and Oscar said he wants to come back! Well done team ❤️ very happy mum and even more happy boy 👍
