This dentist is honestly the kindest, most supportive and caring dental practice I have experienced in Bristol. My dentist is Dickon and he has been nothing but patient and incredible with me. I couldn’t put into words how comfortable and at ease this team has made me when dealing with difficult pain. Could not recommend more. ❤️

Very welcoming reception. Always answering any question, reminding about appointment by text regularly so helpful. Dentist is so nice very knowledgeable such a lovely person Always make you feel so relaxed helped me everytime. So lucky I am registered in this Practice. Thank you all.

Please don't use this practice. Despite being an existing non-NHS patient, when I had a filling fall out, I needed to wait a few weeks to get it filled. Once filled, it fell out a few months later. When the same dentist replaced the filling a second time, he also managed to cut the underside of my tongue in the process. That filling also fell out. When I called to make an appointment, they informed me the dentist who filled my tooth was no longer working at the practice so they said it wasn't covered by the 1-year guarantee, which I had assumed was a practice policy. I was told they would check and call me the next day. No one called so I went to another dentist in the area, who was absolutely brilliant. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Brought my daughter here as she had some on going tooth issues and within one appointment the dentist spotted the issue and had her orthodontist referral made up in no time. Her issue is now being sorted out by there sister company and my daughter hasn't complained since. Thank you very much East street, My dentist.

I cannot rate this dental practice highly enough! Been twice now, including for a wisdom extraction. My first ever one. The dentist Emmanuel is the most professional, considerate and excellent dentist I have ever had. I just can't believe how quick the procedure was and his professional but calm way really helped me overcome my anxiety. Which in turn has made me feel so excited about going again, instead of the usual high anxiety. I'm so grateful to have found a dentist who makes me feel so calm about procedures and who does them so well! Also, the reception staff are just lovely. A truly wonderful dental practice indeed
