Another excellent appointment with Pri and Ruby, they are a really great team and they really care about you as a patient. Everything is done to make you feel welcome and everything is explained clearly to ensure that your treatment options are well understood before commencing. They are both extremely professional and yet friendly and welcoming. I feel very fortunate to have Pri and Ruby looking after my dental care. I would also like to compliment the reception team who are always very helpful welcoming.

I'd like to share my gratitude and appreciation to Priya and Ruby for taking such great care of me at the dentist today, and recently. I had an awkward tooth that was broken and needed extraction. And Priya was absolutely amazing. Both in her skill as a dentist, and also in her kind and understanding manner. I felt very safe through the whole process. Especially as the building used by the current dental practice is the same one that I went to as a child over 45 years ago. Where I had experiences that put me off going to any dentist at all. Pri always takes the time to explain any treatment recommendations thoroughly. I cannot recommend Pri and Ruby enough.

I have been seen by Pri and Ruby today as an emergency patient. I was seen promptly and dealt with incredible professionalism and diligence. My emergency was dealt with, Pri undertook a cancer screening as part of my appointment and took the time to explain what she was doing and what I needed to do going on. The whole experience was faultless.

Had my first filling in years and Pri and Ruby were fantastic. Surprisingly didn’t feel the injection. Pri didn’t use any numbing gel so I expected it to hurt but I honestly didn’t feel any discomfort. She did the injection slowly and the result was an excellent experience. Thank you!
