I have been lucky enough to be a patient of My Dentist Filton. We had Dentist Laura Underhill. All the family, 2 adults and 2 toddlers have been seen by her. We have been absolutely 100% satisfied with all the treatment. The ladies from the reception and all the staff are absolutely amazing. We are very please to be part of a dental clinic with extremely professional staff, kind, emphasising and welcoming. Even our toddlers asked to go back to the dentist. We will definitely come back again. Thank you Laura Underhill and thank you My Dentis Filton.

I've always found the staff to be friendly and helpful, from the receptionists to the dentist and dental nurses. They have always tried to accommodate my requests (eg my wifes and my appointments consecutively, appts later in the day etc). From the dentist perspective, treatment has always been explained and any concerns allayed. A very happy patient !

Had my first appointment at this surgery this evening. After arriving at the surgery Sonia the receptionist was so lovely and went out of her way to make sure I was ok because of my mobility issues as unfortunately my dentist had to swap rooms so I had to go to an upstairs room which couldn't be helped. Phoebe the dentist was lovely, I was in a lot of pain but she was understanding and very kind. I don't normally leave reviews, I usually forget but I came away from this practice feeling very happy with how I'd been treated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

This was my first appointment with My Dentist since I moved area in Bristol. I wanted a good NHS dentist, who was experienced in dealing with nervous patients. I've already posted a review of my excellent dentist, but I also wanted to commend the receptionist who sits on the left-hand side of the Reception desks. Sorry, I don't know her name, but she's always friendly, helpful and reassuring. Highly recommended!

I had a tooth extraction with Ana. I was terrified as I was in so much pain and the emergency dentist had been an awful experience. She was AMAZING - really kind and patient and made sure my mouth was completely numb before she started. If I had known how great she was I would have been far less worried. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing an extraction.

I had such a great experience with Dr Anna Piros. I had a root canal procedure and the surgery was very successful and great after effects. I definitely recommend her, she’s very thorough but most importantly is how very gentle she is. You can’t fault her work!! Thank you, Dr.Anna

Called due to an access and was seen that day given prescription for meds and booked the next week for extraction. Ana was amazing, honest when I asked questions, and patient...I was very nervous, and I felt nothing when she took the back tooth out. Ana and the team are so lovely and would highly recommend both the practice in general and Ana.
