Bupa Dental Care St George

Bupa dental care at St George. Staff absolutely brilliant. My Dentist there is called Tim Ahmed. Very patient and understanding. Explains everything to you as he is doing treatment, puts you at ease. Lovely assistant working with Tim, very friendly, caring. Big thank you to Tim and assistant and Buba dentist St George Bristol.

I have had a few appointments now with Timothy Ahmed and cannot praise him highly enough. Always very efficient, professional and informative, Pain free appointments as well. his nurse Oli is also an excellent assistant making the appointment run very smoothly. Cant recommend them enough!

I had a dental checkup with SungEun Kwak, this was my first one in a few years due to regular relocation. Sungeun was very nice to talk to and made me feel comfortable during my appointment. She also took the time to answer my questions and explain how to keep my teeth healthy. The interactions I had with reception both over the phone and in person were also very helpful. Would definitely recommend and I will be booking here again for my next checkup.

I came here for an emergency appointment and as somebody who is frightened of the dentist, I would highly recommend this practice. I was made to feel comfortable and the treatment was over before I knew it. Very grateful!

I am deeply disappointed with the decline in care at this practice. I have been a patient here for years and previously had excellent results because my former dentist actually prioritized my gum health. She took the time to perform thorough, effective deep cleans that kept my gum disease under control. Unfortunately, my current dentist, [Ronnie Bindra], seems to have no interest in providing the same level of NHS care. My appointments are now rushed, and he refuses to spend the necessary time on the deep cleaning I require. Because he has neglected my periodontal health, my gum disease has worsened significantly. It is clear that NHS patients are no longer a priority here, and the standard of treatment has dropped from professional to negligent."

I only see Dr Timothy Ahmed so I can't comment on the other dentists. Dr Ahmed is such a friendly and helpful guy and a very conscientious dentist. The nurses are really kind and the current rota of receptionists are great (they don't tend to stay long for some reason?). Appointments can be booked online, on the phone and in person but they book up fast, especially the NHS appointments book up months in advance. I would recommend it.

Really impressed with this service. They got me in at very short notice. I was taken care of by Timothy Ahmed, who was both reassuring and highly descriptive on every step of my treatment. A thoroughly professional and empathetic service. Thanks team. 10/10
