Bupa Dental Care Gloucester Road

I have been so impressed with our visits to Bupa Dental care on Gloucester Rd for my whole family. The receptionists are always friendly and efficient and the appointments always run to time. Sushma Pandey has given such wonderful care to my son who has complex needs. She is amazingly patient with him, and makes going to the dentist fun. Her ability to adapt to a child who struggles to follow instructions is brilliant and I'm amazed that she's able to check all his teeth!

They were both extremely professional, reassuring, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. The whole process was stress-free and, honestly, I didn’t feel a thing. I had such a bad experience last time (with Sushma), that I was very worried coming back for a second time for my hygiene appointment HOWEVER this time it was Claire and she was amazing. Claire is calm, friendly and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. Claire ensures you understand the process and gives you top tips in a very friendly manner. This is my first positive experience at this Dentist and I will now only be booking with Claire!

Since coming under the care of Dr. Sushama Pande, my dental and gum issues have been resolved. I have also gained a much better understanding of how to maintain proper oral hygiene. Her guidance and care have made a significant difference to my dental health.

I recently had a root canal at Bupa Dental Care. The dentist Sohail Rauf who performed my treatment was amazing. I was worried about the treatment but he explained every step and had a professional approached. I’m so pleased with the work that’s been done and will 100% returning to Sohail.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr Ross Hughes and the team throughout my Invisalign treatment. From the very first consultation they made me feel informed and confident about the process and it was great to see images at the beginning of how my teeth would look at the end of the treatment. I am so happy with the results and at 60 it’s never too late to get the look you’ve always wanted, I’ve never had so many compliments about my teeth. Would highly recommend Dr Ross !
