Sussex Dental Group - West Hove

I attended SDG West Hove for a Fastbraces consultation with Dr Chris Pappas. It was my first visit, as I’m usually seen at one of their partner clinics, and overall it was a very positive experience. The reception team were friendly and welcoming. Dr Chris Pappas was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I particularly appreciated how transparent he was about my situation and the options available. At this stage, it’s uncertain whether he’ll be able to take on my case, but he has offered to review it further with his team to make sure the best approach is considered. Although it wasn’t quite the outcome I had hoped for, I left feeling well informed and reassured. I would happily recommend SDG West Hove and Dr Chris Pappas to anyone exploring teeth straightening options.

Can't recommend highly enough. Sorry for the long post I was recommend this practise, as im petrified of the dentist, as i experienced bad dental treatment as a child losing my front tooth at just 14 and one taken out by mistake in my 20s😬 So to say i cry /stress going to the dentist is an understatement. HOWEVER, I saw the most wonderful dentist called george and two lovely nurses, one called paige.( sorry i never got the other ones name). The appointment was not rushed and he talked me thought everything, I did cry as I need a new tooth but he never pushed a price lists in my face unlike my other dentist who told me I would need 4k of treatment before I even sat down lol 😆 For the first time in life i actually told someone i would recommend the dentist i just saw. And I have a date in my dairy to arrange my next check up . If your looking for a new practise you may have just found it 🥰

This is the best dental practice I have ever visited. The reception staff are exceptionally friendly, professional, and compassionate. They consistently go out of their way to help patients with scheduling appointments, arranging urgent visits, and accommodating individual needs. I recently had an extraction, and three of the four receptionists personally checked to see if I was okay, which meant a great deal to me. Dan, the dentist, is brilliant; he is honest, fair, and gentle in his approach. The surgical specialist, Fahad Jamil, is outstanding—highly skilled, proficient, and incredibly gentle. Thank you to the entire team for your care, professionalism, and kindness.

Dr Cony Caravotas is super, I’m new to the practice and she has made me feel welcome and at ease. I had a minor cosmetic treatment by Cony and feel so much more confident smiling now. Highly recommended.

First class service from Emmanuel and his team with the fitting of my new crown. I felt like royalty afterwards...... Highly recommend this practice !!

I had the nicest surgeon remove my tooth. Not only was I made to feel really comfortable & reassured about the procedure, the extraction was over & done so quick & was pain less. Advice was given for the aftercare which I appreciate. Thankyou for the care and service I received from you!

Referred here by my dentist after painfull incomplete extraction , numbing was instant and complete, and the tooth was easily removed. Think I was only in the building 10 minutes.
