I always have good experiences at this dental practice, all staff is friendly and welcoming, and the reception team is very kind. Everything was explained clearly and with patience for me and for my family. The management is also efficient and helped me solve an issue quickly, you can see the team really cares about patients. I would happily recommend this practice.
I had a disappointing experience with the reception team at this practice. I arrived in person to book an emergency appointment based on the detailed info and pricing listed on the website. I was a private patient already enrolled here, so I thought this would be a straightforward request as it had been in my previous visits. When I arrived, I was told the next available emergency appointment was in three days - which I understood and asked to book - but after I asked whether this could include treatment in addition to a check up, the receptionist said probably not and that she didn’t know "what I expected" because I hadn’t seen a dentist at the practice in two years. As a patient concerned about a painful issue, this comment felt unnecessary and blaming. I proceeded to book the appointment anyway given this was my practice that I previously had a good experience with, but the receptionist continued working on something else without making it clear she was actually completing my booking. I had to ask her explicitly if it was booked to understand if I could leave, she said yes without looking up. The whole interaction felt pretty dismissive given the context of what I was there for. For patients who are anxious, I would recommend considering other practices to enrol with that are more empathetic in situations where patients are in acute pain.
Wonderful dentists practice. The long hours are helpful for getting here around work, they have always found an appointment for me when it's been needed and everyone is honestly really kind here. Really grateful.
I honestly had such a great experience at New Church Road Dental Practice. I’m usually a bit nervous about going to the dentist, but everyone there made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in. The reception team was so friendly and welcoming, and the place itself is super clean and calming. My dentist was amazing, really patient, gentle, and explained everything so clearly before doing any work. I never felt rushed or unsure about what was happening, and the whole appointment was surprisingly easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find a dental practice where you actually look forward to going back, but this one definitely changed my mind. Can’t recommend them enough!
I just had my teeth hygiene done here and I can say I'm very pleased. The staff was so welcoming and my dentist was super nice. She also did a thorough job, my teeth feels brand new. I highly recommend and would definitely be visiting there again.
Dentist damaged 2 of my teeth while doing fillings. Was left with pain for 6 months. When I complained I was told that it was 'normal'. Avoid at all costs.
My dad loves this practice he’s always praising the staff. He’s often nervous but the physicians, nurses etc often make him feel more relaxed. He often times talks about the way he’s being welcomed and cared for each time he has an appointment at the hospital. Thanks to all of you for looking after my dad.
