Honestly I can’t praise this practice enough. Referred via NHS 111 for an emergency appointment. The staff on reception were pleasant and organised with my paperwork to get me seen straight away. After being instructed to go into see the dentist (in my case Danielle) at first I very concerned that it being an emergency appointment that my issue would just been temporarily fixed to get me through to then have to come back privately. I WAS WRONG. I can’t praise or thank Danielle and her assistant Chloe enough. After being in excruciating pain for 2 days. She not only fixed my issue but she also pushed other clients back to ensure I walked out in a better condition then I came in. After care was explain in great detail and a follow up appointment was arranged by Danielle to ensure the work has been carried out to Danielle’s liking. If you had any hesitation to use a dental practice don’t let it be this one. They’re brilliant. Highly recommend.

After a few frustrating years of haphazard dental appointments due to the unavailability of an NHS dentist, I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to MyDentist this week. I was introduced to my new dentist Jasmine, who was very polite and professional whilst being friendly and approachable at the same time. She took her time asking questions and explaining procedures, and at no time did my appointment feel rushed. I was very impressed with the entire appointment from begining to end, and I'm already noticing an improvement with my teeth and mouth. I'm almost looking forward to my next appointment....

Was an emergency appointment through 111. I have to say the denist and her assistant was amazing .I have a fear of the denist .but made me at ease .talked me through everything. Then took my tooth out .thank you so much

After a very long time trying to see a dentist like everyone at the moment I managed to get in today. My teeth are not good due to health issues. Friendly and welcoming receptionist was great. I saw Jasmine Kazem and it was the first time I have seen her at the practice. My teeth were worse than I thought. Jasmine went through everything and explained what needed doing if I was happy to have it done and because it was alot said I could take time to decide if I wanted certain things done. At 50 years old I can say that Jasmine is the best and most understanding dentist I have ever seen and is a massive credit to My dentist. Thank you so much.

A great experience with a brilliant young dentist who took immense care over her work. It really shows when someone takes their profession seriously. I’m sure she’ll have a brilliant career. Thank you!

Drove an hour to get there. Stuck in traffic, only 12 minutes late. Dentist decided to take the afternoon off as their other appointments had finished early. Bad practice. Very poorly done.

Carly the receptionist is the most cheerful medical receptionist I have met in a long time. It makes such a difference to patient well-being .
