We had a wonderful experience with this dental clinic when visiting for our newborn’s appointment with the pediatric dentist. The team was responsive, kind, and made the process stress-free. They offered a discount due to our baby’s young age, which we greatly appreciated. The reception team was amazing and responded very quickly. The care and support were excellent, and the staff were patient, professional, and happy to answer our questions. We are very grateful for the service and would highly recommend this clinic to parents looking for a caring and trustworthy pediatric dental team.

Dr Bex! Great specialist From the start, she was warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and explained everything clearly, which is so important when you’re having treatments like facials or Botox. Bex approach felt very personalised—she didn’t rush the consultation and made sure I was comfortable and confident before going ahead. The treatment itself was smooth and handled with great care, and I really appreciated her attention to detail. The results were exactly what I was hoping for—natural, refreshed, and not overdone. It’s clear she knows what she’s doing and genuinely cares about achieving the best outcome for her clients. We had a fantastic experience with The Dental Works after my 8-year-old daughter knocked half her tooth out at school. After struggling to find anyone locally who could see us, Beth on reception was incredibly helpful—she asked for a photo straight away and quickly called back to fit us in that evening. The practice is very child-friendly, with screens on the ceiling where kids can watch whatever they like, which really helped put my daughter at ease. She was understandably very upset, but Dr Rachel was absolutely brilliant—calm, kind, and highly skilled. She managed to cement the tooth back in while making sure the whole experience wasn’t traumatic. They even called the next day to check in and saw her again the following week free of charge to make sure everything was healing well. Truly excellent care, great with children, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I am so pleased with the service I have received at this Dental practice. Dr Rachel has been so kind, warm, thorough, knowledgeable and just pleasant all round. I feel as though I am in great hands. It’s important to feel that you can trust your dentist and from minute one Iv always felt I can trust she is guiding me in the right direction. I felt similar with Dr Jay as well. The reception team are also so warm and friendly which makes a big difference. The management (Michelle) is so kind and approachable. The whole practice exudes friendliness, professionalism and gives off a lovely vibe. It feels like the place you want to be for your dental care. I highly recommend this dental practice. You won’t be disappointed.

I was quite nervous about the procedure, but Dr. Rachel, Kirsty, and Bethany were so reassuring that I felt completely at ease. I am thrilled with the results!

An amazing experience from start to finish. Over the past two years, I attended multiple consultations for composite bonding, but choosing Jay for my treatment was the best decision I could have made. I had 10 hand-layered composite bonds done, and they are by far the most natural-looking results I’ve seen. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The practice itself is modern, spotless, and equipped with best equipment. Every member of staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable throughout your visit. I genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I researched extensively as I wanted to have composite bonding but I am also very scared of the dentist. I read the reviews on The Dental Works and was really happy with what I read. My teeth were quite crooked and thought this was the solution. On my first appointment, I was made really comfortable and the staff were reassuring and kind. They discussed my options and I realised bonding would not be for me. They discussed Invisalign with me ( I was attending my Godaughters wedding in 6 months and wanted the perfect smile) Jay was my dentist and he promised I would have the smile I wanted in that time frame, and my goodness did he deliver. I cannot express my gratitude to everyone at Dental Works, the experience has made me more comfortable and my fears less. I am over the moon with results.
