I recently completed a course of Invisalign treatment with Dr Carlos at the Brentford branch, and I am absolutely delighted with the results. My treatment was aimed at correcting both my bite and the alignment of my teeth, and the improvement has exceeded my expectations. From the initial consultation through to the final appointment, Dr Carlos was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. He took the time to explain each stage of the treatment plan in detail, ensuring I fully understood the process and what to expect along the way. What stood out most was his attention to detail. I had Invisalign treatment with Banning Dental Group (Crawley) under Dr Alissa. Dr Alissa was professional, calm, and clear in her explanations throughout my Invisalign treatment. She took time to discuss different clinical options at the final stage, including refinements, and did not pressure me into additional treatment when it was not necessary. Her clinical judgement was reassuring, and the final alignment result is aesthetically pleasing. I felt confident in her dental expertise during appointments.From a clinical point of view, I am satisfied with the outcome and Dr Alissa’s professionalism. However, the overall experience was affected by frequent appointment cancellations, limited availability, and unclear communication, especially when waiting for the final retainers. A complimentary Hydrafacial included in my package was also not proactively arranged. Good clinical outcome, but the service and communication could be improved.

I’ve been contemplating much-needed dental treatment for years, but due to anxiety and nervousness a trauma response from when I was little, I kept putting it off. I finally plucked up the courage to reach out as I’m in need of dental implants. From the very first call, the receptionist was warm, welcoming, and reassuring. She advised me to book a check-up with Dr Ali Dara, who would examine my teeth and put together a treatment plan. I explained that I was extremely nervous and anxious. On the day of my appointment Dr Dara instantly made me feel at ease. He reassured me that my teeth could be restored. I had been thinking the worst, especially as I believe one of my teeth that was previously extracted under the NHS could potentially have been saved. Dr Dara was incredibly thorough. He took images and X-rays and clearly explained what needed to be done. I felt fully informed and supported, and I decided to go ahead with the treatment. I was also drawn to Banning Dental Group because of their competitive prices, particularly for implants, which made the treatment feel much more achievable. I had a dental implant done and had a great experience with Dr. João and his assistant. They made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The implant looks very natural, and I’m really happy with the result. The staff were also very helpful and professional. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-equipped. I highly recommend it!

I had my orthodontic consultation here. The receptionist Eloise was extremely friendly, kind & helpful. Furthermore, the process was extremely smooth with Dr Carlos Diez Acero. He was very knowledgeable, patient & kind. He thoroughly explained the treatment plan & answered all my questions. Hannah was also very friendly, patient & kind when explaining the financial side. I highly recommend!

I was very nervous on the day of surgery however as soon as I stepped into the Brentford clinic,I felt a peace. The team were excellent, led by Joao the implantologist. I could not believe how quick and efficient they were, he spoke through everything he was doing that helped alot. Really exceptional service. My only slight gripe were ambiguous parking instructions however not the end of the world. Excellent experience and very grateful
