I had a 3 PM appointment for my child's orthodontic brackets. I called the receptionist to inform them we'd be around 15 minutes late as our car suddenly got a flat tyre on the way. We actually reached at 3:11 PM, just 11 minutes late. The receptionist agreed to see another patient in our slot and accommodate us later. However, they made us wait till quarter to 5, almost till closing time. What disappointed me most is that even after I clearly asked them to give our slot to another child, they still didn't call us in any earlier available slot. In hospitals, they easily accommodate and entertain patients quickly, but these private dentists have so much attitude — they can't even manage to entertain us in between by simply adjusting slots. Very disappointing experience.

I have experienced ongoing difficulties communicating with the receptionists, and despite repeatedly explaining my situation, there has been no willingness to help or accommodate reasonable requests. I am aware that the practice operates between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, yet I am consistently offered appointment times such as 9:00 am or 3:00 pm, which are completely unsuitable for me. I have clearly explained multiple times that I have three children attending three different schools. This makes these appointment times impossible. Unfortunately, my situation has been ignored, and I have felt dismissed and disrespected by the reception staff. The lack of understanding, poor communication, and inflexible attitude have caused significant stress and inconvenience. This level of service is extremely disappointing and does not meet the standard of care I would expect from a professional dental practice. I want to stress that this complaint is not directed at the dentist. The doctor I attend with my daughter is excellent, professional, and provides outstanding care. My issue lies solely with the reception team. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and appropriate action to be taken to improve how patients are treated and how appointments are managed.

Why is it so hard to get through to you over the phone? I have been trying for 3 days and when I think it’s being answered I get the "this call is being recorded" message but nobody speaks… are you hanging up on me? I’ve tried at different times with the same disappointing results -it only differs when I get the "now we are on our lunch break" message! The professional are good, though -although I have waited 45 minutes to be seen when there wasn’t another patient in the room!

i have one problem with one dentist as she is rude to me and my children on multiple occasions. She doesnt understand our situation and keeps overstepping boundaries. Horrible communication! do not come here

For my daughter's braces, we went here. Every one of the staff was incredibly helpful and polite. They are all excellent, lovely people who are also very productive at what they do. They completed all of the work efficiently and expertly. When necessary, they always make accommodations for the appointments.

I visited the practice for the first time today. It was so easy to find and parking nearby too. We saw Dr Fadi. Dr Fadi was exceptionally friendly and professional. My children really enjoyed coming to the practice and loved meeting Dr Fadi. He was quick to see us, explained the treatment well and in detail as well as answering any questions we had. Definitely recommend the practice. Customer service was excellent.
