Noel House Dental Practice

Please check before you see the Dentist if your NHS, as the very rude Owner decides at time of payment, smile and chatting away when paying, I did not know the cost off check up and was charged £40 then was told by someone else that £27.50 is NHS, so i went back to ask about it he became very rude when I said i should have been told i was no longer NHS he said I'm not able to inform everyone very abruptly its down to your Dentist, and if you don't like my way you don't have to come here. Please Check he does not like answering questions on his choice who NHS / PRIVATE. Sadly will no longer be going there as don't pay for a service and spoken to in that manner. Had been going there for many years. I will say I had no problem with the Dental practitioner he was very good in treatment and polite,

My experience has been very positive with Noel house. I’ve had my missing tooth replaced and several teeth salvaged in the most professional and polite manner. Many thanks you deserve my five star rating.

Really rude management, they pretend you’ve missed an appointment to try to remove you off their books, they’re over subscribed so they’ll just make up appointments or things you’ve said for an excuse to remove you as a patient, they’ve tried a few times to me, most recently removing me as an nhs patient; now my fathers died & i cancelled the most recent appointment within a weeks notice, they’re claiming to have not received email, then they claim you’re abusive to staff, it’s getting a bit absurd now the emails from them, I think someone needs to look into what’s going on and why they’re targeting their long term local parents

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. The two ladies on reception are lovely and so helpful. Betty the dentist is really great. I was lucky enough to get a cancellation with the hygienist Nicky, and she was absolutely fantastic, my teeth are sparkling . Cannot recommenced them enough. Thanks a million. Dan

A lady has mention here exactly what happened to me today, I went up there to try make an emergency appointment as I really need to be seen, only to be told that I am not a patient anymore as I had missed 2 appointments one of them when I had covid back in 2021 and I did call them and most definitely the person talking to me did not make any note. So now because of the receptionist fault I have now to look for another practice. Disgraceful. Have asked for an email to make a complaint and was given the practice email I can almost bet that they will just ignore it as they will not hold themselves accountable. Do not recommend this practice to anyone as they will just ditch you easily like that.

Appalling service. First, my appointment is cancelled because they are no longer NHS, then my children are told they are not welcome because I'm no longer a patient. Shocking! I've been with this surgery since a young child. So much for loyalty. And as for the attitude of the owner over this - glad I'm leaving.
