Absolutely fantastic service and offering. I had been in agonising pain in the weeks. Dr Doorat and Emma provided a pain free procedure very swiftly and I already feel much better. And all on the NHS! Thank you so much for providing such an amazing service.

Brilliant service everytime we go. Kind and considerate staff members, my son was having a wobble about his brace and they spoke to him and convinced him to carry on with the treatment ( he is 17 so this was our final chance to get this free on the nhs) clean, modern practice and a calm atmosphere,

What a fantastic dentist and human being Dr Abdul Docrat is ! He totally put me at ease, laughing joking and even singing ha ha! I didn't feel any pain at all while having my tooth extracted . Emma his dental nurse was also amzing, very caring and reassuring thoughout the procedure. As a nervous patient, you should both know your professionalism and caring bed side manner made a massive difference to me.. Thankyou so much.

Dr D and Emma were amazing. Had 2 difficult root extractions. I suffer badly with anxiety and panic attacks and hate going to dentists for anything, but Dr D made the procedure easier for me, with his bubbly personality, his understanding, his humour, and his singing. Wish all dentists were like this. I'm hoping that if any further extractions are needed I'd be referred to Dr D again. Not all dentists are scary. Thankyou Dr D and Emma.

What a fantastic experience! Dr D and his assistant Emma are AMAZING! Dr D instantly eases any stress and anxiety about having extractions with his sense of humour and beautiful singing.. He had us laughing from the moment we walked in, until we left. Please have no hesitation about coming here for treatment.

I’ve been going to this orthodontist for about a year now, and my experience has honestly been really disappointing. The staff and dentists are often rude and don’t seem to care about how their patients feel. The first dentist I saw was a woman who didn’t even introduce herself. When I told her my braces were too tight and hurting my teeth, she completely ignored my concern and even asked if I wanted them tighter—which made no sense and felt so careless. Later, I was given a different dentist, a man who was also very unprofessional. He didn’t seem to know my treatment history at all and laughed when I told him I’d had my braces since February. He and the assistant were confused about my records and made it sound like I was wrong. He honestly spent 1 minute looking at my teeth, if that. Overall, I felt disrespected and not taken seriously. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you want orthodontists who actually listen and care about your comfort and progress.

Receptionist really arsey and full of attitude. If you have been referred a the number given on the referral is 01274916184 to he told we don’t do referrals anymore through NHS. Well the guy on the phone was clearly wrong as phoned my dentist and they checked and they phoned spoke to someone else and was the right number in the first place. So then getting an appointment takes months and months. All to get a wisdom tooth out as it needs cutting out as it’s impacted. This practice is willing to let people suffer in pain
