My daughter walked in today a girl who would usually hide her smile . And left with such Confidence and a brand new massive smile on her face , thank you so much yak yak !! Amazing dental team and brilliant with children especially. Thank you for giving my child her confidence back x

I have been a patient at BD4 Dentistry for over eight years, and my children and partner also receive care at this practice. I want to express my admiration for the surgery; it is truly exceptional. The staff is outstanding, consistently providing top-notch customer service that is unparalleled. I had veneers placed on my two front teeth privately, and my dentist, Mr. Gurav, did an incredible job. He crafted Emmax crowns that look remarkably natural and were completed with great professionalism. Mr. Gurav is affectionately known as the "Floss Man," so if you have an appointment with him, be sure to floss beforehand! 😂 I highly recommend this dentist to everyone, whether seeking private or NHS care.

I went in for a Filling and was so scared My Appointment was with Gaurav Randawa. He was absolutely amazing. I hate the Dentist and suffer with anxiety. He made me so calm and relaxed. He explained everything and was very thorough. I have never had a dentist so caring and compassionate and a perfectionest. He is so good I am actually looking forward to my next appointment with him

Arrived on time for my appointment at 11:30 only to be told that they had changed it to 11:15 and I was late ! Was booked in for a fortnight later . Very disappointed at the lack of communication and flexibility given it was their doing . Otherwise a good surgery

I would recommend Dentistry @Bd4 Outstanding service starting with the Receptionist Katie is absolutely brilliant from booking appointments, I am very nervous patient and reassures you everything will be fine I am a Patient under Mr Koumarampis who I cannot thank enough for my treatments. Mr Koumarampis is very Professional and treats you with great respect and explains procedures in great detail until you understand. Thank you all so much for making me at ease & i appreciate all your hard work.

My dentist Ihsaan is really down to earth and has a way of making patients feel comfortable. So much that my youngest daughter loves going to the dentist. He has also helped me to somewhat regain my smile after losing most of my teeth at 34. Reception staff are always warm, helpful and polite. Lovely dental practice. 🙂

It took over 45 minutes for my call to be answered when I tried to contact the practice to reschedule or cancel my dental appointment. As I was abroad at the time, I was paying premium international rates, and due to the long wait, I lost over £25 in call credits before the call disconnected. Upon returning to the UK, I called again and was informed that I had been removed from their system. The receptionist I spoke with was dismissive and unhelpful, which was very disappointing.
