Overall it's okay. Quite small dental practice and if you're old, have knee problems or even have children, this may not be the right dentists for you. There are stairs to go upstairs into the small room where a parent with a child may feel uncomfortable just being there due to the size of the room. With that being said, it's great to see a dental practice that's still taking on new patients. It would be better if they were slightly more organised with their time keeping and customer service service skills. Having called 8 times (on the same day, during working hours) last month for a booking, nobody picked up the phone. Nor did I get a call back. I tried the next day and after 3 calls they picked up. I don't see any reason at all for this. Was I simply just put in mute and forgotten about? The dentists are good to what I know, I have been coming here for almost 2 years and will probably continue to be here untill a dentist closer is available.

I can’t praise Greengates Dental enough. My dentist, Kyriakos Stafylos, has taken excellent care of me over the years and has always provided outstanding treatment. However, I’d particularly like to recognise his dental nurse and a young lady on reception (apologies, I’m terrible with names). They consistently go above and beyond to help with anything dental-related, always offering support, reassurance, and assistance whenever it’s needed. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile make a real difference and are a credit to the practice. Thank you for all that you do!

Always a pleasure seeing the dentist. He is polite friendly happy and professional. He listens to my concerns and puts me at ease. Very happy with all the service I receive from him and the whole team in general.

The dentist is see is very pleasent, friendly and professional. I have been seeing him for quite some time now and the stability is great now. In the past you never new who you would be seeing from one appointment to the next. Only negative I have is it's an absolute nightmare at times to contact the practice.
