I’ve just started my journey with Smile Stories, the team have been super helpful prior to my first appointment. Meeting online with Kayleigh & talking through the process really filled in the blanks I had in my mind & she is great at explaining how the timeline will play out. Communication has been exemplary. I met Sarah for my first appointment and she was amazing at making everything feel natural & comfortable. The tech & equipment really does feel second to none. I’m glad I’ve started this process after being hesitant to do so in the past. Looking forward to seeing the end results 😁

I’ve just completed my Invisalign treatment at Smile Stories with Gareth and am very pleased with the results. Everything about my treatment was thoroughly explained, and the results fulfilled my expectations. The entire team are always friendly, welcoming, and professional. Brilliantly friendly team who care, are chatty, professional and communicate really well. It feels like a very premium service but the prices aren't half as eye watering as you might first expect! Gareth and Sarah have both done work on my teeth which has been outstanding and I'd recommend them to anyone! Having had a recent filling, from another dentist, go bad after just 18 months, the team at Smile stories swiftly removed it and repaired the tooth to a high standard before I started my Invisalign journey. Now a year later, I've never been happier and not only has the one tooth I needed re-aligning been completely corrected (it was so wonky, it felt like if would snap off it I are an apple!) but all my other teeth have been "tweaked" into great alignment. It was faster and cheaper than the "train track" braces I'd been suggested by a different orthodontist. Very pleased, thank you Smile Stories!

I first started in Invisalign journey back in August 24 and honestly i can’t believe the change. It’s a real investment in yourself but i couldn’t recommend it more! I’ve had so many people asking me where they should go to get the same results! Zak and his team are so friendly i alway feel like i’m going for a nice chat when i go in and i never feel rushed. I would always recommend smile stories and I can’t wait to see my final results in the next few months! Update: I have now finished my course of treatment and wow. I don’t think i need to say anything as the results speak for themselves

I genuinely will never be able to put into words just how amazing my experience has been at smile stories. Im only half way through my invisalign treatment but even when it's finished I'll never go anywhere else! I even enjoyed having my wisdom teeth removed, pain free and watching my favourite programme on the ceiling. Zak and Tash are amazing along with everyone else 🙌

I had always had an absolutely fantastic experience with hygienist Natasha. From the moment I arrive, she is always welcoming, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, checks in with me throughout the appointment, and makes sure I feel completely comfortable. The cleans she has always undertaken have been the best I’ve ever had, thorough yet gentle and she consistently gives me personalised advice that feels achievable and genuinely tailored to me. My teeth have never felt better, and I always leave feeling confident and well cared for. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and warm, approachable manner really set her apart. I can’t recommend her highly enough. If you’re looking for someone who is exceptional in both skill and patient experience, she is truly outstanding.
