New Leaf Dental

Last Thursday I had an appointment for a deep cavity filling at New Leaf Dental Practice. This was the first time I've been treated by Helena, supported by dental nurse Karen. I was very impressed with the care I received. Helena has such a warm, enthusiastic approach. Her gentle humour while remaining totally professional and thorough really put me at my ease. Helena explained everything clearly and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and happy throughout the procedure. Karen was calm, attentive and worked seamlessly alongside her, which made the whole experience very reassuring. A genuinely caring and highly skilled team, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I very much hope Helena becomes a permanent part of the New Leaf Dental Practice team.

Over the last month I had reason to attend the dental practice 3 times. I was seen by Helena and her assistant Beth. It is so refreshing to be greeted with a smile and humour that not only puts you at ease but makes you feel you are important. I needed a deep clean and a small filling in a very difficult place and right through every stage, I was informed and shown exactly where I had a problem and what was needed to rectify it. It was a very awkward position and there were no promises it would work. I am so pleased that it was a success and the issue was treated successfully. I really hope when I return for my 6 month appointment in December that I will be fortunate to see the same dentist as it is great to have someone that you trust and feel really cares about you and your teeth.

I'm very nervous about going to the dentist so going for a filling filled me with anxiety. I was lucky enough to have Leanne do it. She was so brilliant. Reassuring, kind, gentle ! Everything you could want. Thank you for understanding my fears. Couldn't recommend enough

Have now had 2 appointments with Yahya Soroosh Amirghofran. What a lovely chap. So helpful and careful. Clearly a perfectionist and he goes out of his way to explain everything he does or is planning. Genuinely very very impressed. Thank you.

We would also like to thank Claudia ( the best) and the lovely dental nurse who made us feel reassured and valued… thank you again for sorting things out for us it was so appreciated and done with a smile! The dentist Eloise and her nurses were lovely, very patient and very gentle. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient. I would recommend this practice to anybody and thankyou for a positive experience
