I had such a fantastic experience at Bupa Dental Care Westbourne and couldn’t recommend them more highly. From the moment I walked in, the whole team made me feel welcome and completely at ease. The reception staff were friendly, helpful and really organised, which made the whole visit smooth from start to finish. The clinic itself is spotless, modern and has a really calming atmosphere. The dentist and dental nurses were absolutely brilliant, professional, gentle and incredibly reassuring. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed or uncomfortable at any point. They took the time to make sure I understood my treatment options and genuinely cared about making the experience as stress-free as possible. What really stood out was how kind and patient everyone was. Dental visits can sometimes feel daunting, but the team here go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and looked after. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, professional and friendly dental practice, I would highly recommend Bupa Dental Care Westbourne. The level of care and attention you receive is outstanding. Patric is THE best dentist we've ever been to, we are a large family, most of us scared or nervous of dentists naturally but as new patients here just this week I have my faith restored in dentists completely! Every member of staff here are lovely, kind, patient, understanding and not a single judgement. This place is heaven, its clean, welcoming, the staff are so lovely, all the nurses are beautiful and so good at keeping the children calm good at communicating what's happening , the staff at the reception equally are amazing with the children, giving my children colouring sheets to keep them busy! I’m very disappointed with my experience. This was my dentist since childhood, which makes this especially difficult to write, but I have genuinely lost trust and will not be returning. I was advised that I needed 2 crowns and 4 fillings, with a quoted cost of around £3,000. During the appointment, I felt under pressure to agree and sign the treatment plan immediately which I did not do. As I travel for work, I was later able to seek second opinions abroad. In São Paulo, I was given a very different treatment plan which included 2 root canals, rebuilding the teeth with composite, 2 fillings, and a hygienist clean, all at a significantly lower cost. Around the same time, potential issues with wisdom teeth were also identified, and I am now arranging further treatment in Budapest. The difference in diagnosis and approach has been difficult to reconcile and left me feeling very uneasy about the original recommendations I received. I would strongly encourage anyone considering major private dental work to seek an independent second opinion before committing. This is based on my personal experience, and I am sharing it in case it helps others make more informed decisions.

THE VERY BEST DENTIST 🦷 I'VE SEEN IN PAST 40 YEARS!- —-Mr.PATRIC SARABI AND HIS DENTAL ASSISTANT, THE YOUNG BEAUTIFUL LADY ... The story starts with one of my little girls , who was terrified of dentist, missing 3 appointments; as soon as she's jumps on the dentist chair she started to shake and cry. So , the only way to sorting out her teeth problems, was the put her to sleep -general anaesthesia... Luckily with one more appointment try, nr. 4 , we found DOCTOR PATRIC SARABI . With his wisdom, professionalism and patience , managed to win my daughter trust and problems fixed! (He has the hands of an "ANGEL" ) After almost a year since , all my daughters, constantly asking when is our next dentist appointment check up . Huge respect and appreciation for everything Mr. SARABI TEAM doing! WISHING THEM ALL THE VERY BEST AND SUCCESS!

Lovely practice with very friendly staff. I saw Patrick (dentist), he was friendly, asked about my dental health as was my first visit with them and took x-rays. I was seen very quickly, everything done efficiently and easy to book for my next appointment and answered any questions I had. The only downside is the parking currently is difficult as they are having work done in the back car park and very few spaces in the front car park but if you can find parking along the residential road, that's helps. Otherwise, highly recommend as a practice.

Really great service. Had a crown fitted but the lab that made it had made a mistake on the colour. Replaced it without a problem. Everything else has been A1 positive.
